CT a few years ago inform the anomaly. The most interesting it’s that the patient has repited episodes of Unilateral acute lung oedema. Has mentioned lower RPV it’s compress by URPV, you can see a high flow in this vein arriving to LA. This is the CT now.

Mortality reduced. There are now more adults with CHD than kids! Keeping these patients within the system where they are known,ie Boston Children’s Hospital, huge advantages
