James Gunn was supposed to save DC. Instead, look at the mess.
1. His first DC film, The Suicide Squad, grossed just $168M worldwide against a reported $185M budget.
2.He announced his new DCU slate while Shazam! 2, Blue Beetle, Aquaman 2 and other DCEU projects were still awaiting release, creating uncertainty about the franchise's future.
3.Superman & Lois was ended partly because Warner Bros. didn't want competing Superman projects, according to the CW's president.
4.His Superman made $618M worldwide, failing to surpass Man of Steel's roughly $668M worldwide gross.
5.Supergirl grossed just $126M worldwide, while Clayface opened to weak numbers.
6.And now, years into the reboot, Gunn is launching podcasts to clarify what's canon and what's not.

For those feigning concern about me being “punished” by Warner Bros., I haven’t been to a WB screening in nearly five years. I live 3 hours away from London, and the trip costs at least £150. No review is worth that much. So yeah, I don’t give a fuck. Just to clear that up. 👍🏻
#Clayface is uninspired and unoriginal. Outside of a great nightclub sequence, it’s neither a good horror movie (body horror is ruined by bad VFX) nor a good comic book movie (Gotham has no personality). Tom Rhys Harries is great, but that’s about it. Even Clayface looks bad. 😭

I've been going to gyms in Ireland on and off for 15 years. There are far more women in gyms now, and it's not even close.
Yes, they've gone from dressing sensibly to dressing in gym bikinis and full face make-up (like whores). It's not misogyny to describe a real phenomenon.
