$SKYA seems like a legit deal. Management is making the $3 offer so they can't back out of it without getting in legal trouble. SOL just has to remain above $100, which i think is likely, and they've already sold half of their SOL tokens and have 1M SOL left.
It took me 10 years. Started in 2008, wasn't profitable until 2018. I lost all the money i had made at online poker in the early 2000s, was flat broke in 2016.
I'm still not a great trader, hopefully one day i'll become great, it can happen.
How long did it take before they were profitable?

Report says there is zero proved or probable reserves!
$GLND
$GLND's headline is 13 billion barrels of oil, it's an unrisked, high case estimate of oil no one has found, and the company has drilled ZERO wells.
It raised $70M in April, called the program "Fully Funded" in May, then paid £500K in September to push the first well from 2026 to 2028, to a company it's proposing to acquire.
Its own 10-Q admits its financial controls are ineffective, its auditor was fined $400K by the PCAOB for repeated quality control failures.
Fugazi Research considers $GLND uninvestable at any price above ZERO.

$PLSE Marie Thibault just gave it a $70 PT. I checked her record on tipranks, she's one of the worst analysts on Wall Street.
Who advised Trump to say this? They should immediately be fired. You can't blatantly buy votes. And the national debt just reached $40T.
$TACT long activism, high activist ownership, could be a takeover opp.
Ragnarok Research is Long $TACT: Our asks to the current board of directors to drive shareholder value.
We are long $TACT because we see tremendous value trapped within the company but we believe the current board of directors isn't incentivised enough and incapable to realise this trapped value, and therefore recommend changes to the board of directors and its current strategic review process.
Full report at: researchragnarok.substack.co…
Our report dives deep into a few governance concerns entrenched within the board and massive conflicts of interests via related party transactions and its audit committee that we believe is stopping $TACT's directors from being incentivised to do right by shareholders, as well as our recommendations for the appointment of a new Chairman of the board and the election of a new director who has deep industry acumen.
Lastly, our report makes the case that the immediate course of action the board should take to do right by shareholders is to immediately start a sale process for its BOHA! segment and only then consider the sale of the casino segment. We believe the careful execution of our recommendations regarding the BOHA! and the casino segments' sales can realise value of upto 80%-140% higher than today's prices.

$IMRN PR says: "The product has been on the Swedish pharmacy market for more than a decade."
Calmino group reported 2024 revenue of SEK 12.4M, which is approximately US$1.2M. And that represents Calmino Group's total 2024 revenue, not only PROIBS.
$IMRN silly PR. PROIBS hasn't even been approved in the US yet, so how can they have a launch now?

New Behind the Bear: the analyst behind @ResearRagnarok published his first short report at fifteen, from a bedroom in Denmark, with nothing but the Wayback Machine and a Substack. The target, $INOD, fell 20.9% in a week and was down 38.5% three months later.
Six short campaigns, every one of them at least 23% below the publication price at some point. An average first day and first week that beat the field. Time inside an established short selling firm, learning that great research and a falling stock are two different things.
Now a gap year, an agentic AI build, and a research process he wants to hand to a machine that does not get tired at hour nine. He is still young, and not close to finished.

I didn't listen to the call on $CAPR. But idk how someone can just talk their way into a 70% AH rise in the stock price. Especially someone who hasn't been fully transparent in the past. There's no news or any new evidence that their drug will get approved anywhere.
I remember about 10 years ago i went to an investor conference on a docked cruise ship in NYC, and happened to be hanging out with a junior HC Wainwright analyst. He literally told me and a few other people: "we're basically cheerleaders."
Here's what Wain just said about $CAPR:
"We are downgrading to Neutral from Buy and removing our price target. Our valuation is based on our clinical net present value (NPV) model, which is driven entirely by the company's lead asset, deramiocel, in DMD patients; which we now ascribe no value."
It doesn't get any worse than that!
Your wife's actions have consequences. $CAPR
Sharing a thoughtful story from Cedars-Sinai on the discovery process that led to deramiocel for Duchenne cardiomyopathy. It’s been an amazing journey!

Reuters further reported that "[t]he briefing documents . . . mention the effectiveness and risk-benefit profile of the experimental therapy, deramiocel, to be discussed at the FDA's external advisers' meeting on Wednesday." Additionally, Reuters reported that "[t]he agency's staff said Capricor changed how it measured the main results after the therapy's late-stage trial ended, calculating arm-function performance as a percentage change instead of the original plan of analyzing scores in a 42-point test."
Capricor measured results after the therapy's late-stage trial ended, stating the "FDA does not consider the conversion of raw change to percent change and then back to raw change to have been scientifically justified, as it adds complexity and reduces accuracy." The briefing documents conclude that, among other things, "the benefit-risk assessment for deramiocel appears unfavorable in the absence of evidence of effectiveness."
Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Kristen Kluska published an investor note on the issue, stating the FDA’s “briefing documents paint an ugly picture” and “raise several concerns and make allegations about the integrity of data collecting.”
Stat News wrote that "after the study was completed, the FDA said, Capricor made a litany of changes to its statistical analysis plan, a crucial document outlining how a study will be measured. Revising that plan after a study is done raises concerns that a company may be looking to generate a positive outcome when there wasn't one based on its original design."
Reuters further reported that FDA reviewers questioned whether the trial population had cardiomyopathy related to Duchenne muscular dystrophy because patients had normal heart-pumping function on average at the beginning of the trial.
$INVZ now below 40c. It's sad to see a company with a multi-billion dollar valuation at one point with so much promise just turned out to be another Israeli scam.

Suvretta Capital Management
Suvretta’s major CAPR buy/add happened during Q1 2026.
Suvretta filed a Schedule 13G on Feb. 26, 2026
The event date was Feb. 19, 2026
It reported 3,417,891 shares, or 6.6%
By Mar. 31, 2026, Suvretta reported 3,818,600 shares
Its Q1 13F showed it added about 2.03M shares during Q1.
Point72 Asset management
Point72’s big CAPR buy happened during Q4 2025, sometime between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025.
As of Sept. 30, 2025: Point72 had 118,591 shares
As of Dec. 31, 2025: Point72 had 1,839,876 shares
So they added about 1.72M shares in Q4 2025
By Mar. 31, 2026, they had cut it to 821,179 shares, so they sold a lot in Q1 2026.
Major punt by Suvretta Capital Management. Whereas Point72 is a savvy trader and bot CAPR before the stock went up on their fake data readout. I'd bet Point72 was already completely out of CAPR before it was exposed.
$AMPG has a massive rights offering on 7/18. 4.5M new shares can be issued at $5. That's probably why the stock has been pumped recently.
