I will be speaking with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his team this week to discuss Starshield, sanctions, and other matters pertaining to the defense of our strong ally, Ukraine. I will be assuring President Zelenskyy that anyone who attempts to limit the use of Starshield for Ukraine will be fully investigated and will be held fully accountable, to include public congressional oversight hearings, and immediate harsh and punitive budget cuts to any responsible agency or agency head.
Congress will unequivocally reaffirm that Ukraine is an indispensable ally to the United States, that Russia is a self-declared enemy of the United States, and that the United States will 100% support and defend the people of Ukraine in their fight for their own freedom against this brutal, illegal, and unprovoked Russian invasion.
The United States must provide any and all defensive equipment that Ukraine needs to defend itself. The United States must not import a single drop of Russian oil. Sanctions against the Russian regime must be harsher and stronger than they’ve ever been before. Each and every one of these items will be brought to the House Floor—and each and every one of these items will pass on the House Floor by an overwhelming margin.
This is, after all, what Ronald Reagan would do. And this is what we will do now. Ukraine can, and will, defeat Russia. #PeaceThroughStrength

.@elonmusk please tell me these overnight disruptions to Starlink terminals in Ukraine were unintended - that @SpaceX is doing everything it can to fix a temporary glitch.
I'm confident this does not reflect a change in SpaceX policy because if so, intentionally degrading Ukraine's ability to defend itself might be construed as aiding and abetting a mass murderer. Can you confirm that's not SpaceX’s intent?
Ukrainians simply want to live in peace. They did not ask Putin to bomb their homes, schools and hospitals. They do not want Putin to kidnap and brainwash their children. They are not interested in destroying energy infrastructure - in Ukraine or in Russia. They only want to defend their country and live their lives.
Supporting Ukrainian sovereignty - or at the very least, allowing for it - should not be a gray area for the U.S. government or for American corporations. Can you clarify the SpaceX position?

We will be introducing bipartisan legislation to block any and all purchases of Russian oil. It will be called the “Ronald Reagan Peace Through Strength Act.” It will be forced to the Floor via discharge and it will pass overwhelmingly. #PeaceThroughStrength

Russian strikes killed over 80 Ukrainian civilians in two days. Moreover, it has stepped up its hybrid attacks against Europe, both EU Member States and NATO Allies.
Suspending sanctions on Russian diesel provides Moscow with more revenues to wage war.
This is not the time to ease pressure on Russia, and Europe won’t.
On Monday, EU Foreign Ministers intend to approve the biggest set of sanctions listings targeting Russia’s war machine since the start of the war.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has the overwhelming support of the United States Congress, he has the overwhelming support of the American people, and he has the overwhelming support of the Ukrainian people. Russian illegally invaded Ukraine, a sovereign and freedom-loving nation, and Russia is squarely to blame for all damage and destruction, to both lives and treasure, that has resulted from Putin’s unprovoked attack.
@ZelenskyyUa, you know that the United States Congress, and the American people, stand 100% behind you. The Ukrainian people are so blessed to have you leading them in these difficult times. We have your back, and we will stand with you until Ukrainian victory is achieved. 🇺🇸 🇺🇦

GPT-6 Astra is insanely good at visual understanding and computer use, in a way I haven't seen with any other model.
Ever wanted to play a flight simulator in your hometown? Astra gets it right on the first try.
I built this flight sim where I can fly over Tbilisi, and 95% of this game was built in a SINGLE request with Astra on Ultra mode. It even used computer use to make sure all the historic buildings and monuments looked nice from all angles.
Overall I'm mind blown with this model and I can't wait for everyone to try it.

💔🇺🇦 C’est un enfer sans fin.
37 morts dans la région de Kyiv. 72 heures d’attaques non-stop contre Kyiv.

Putin
Last night Donald Trump released a declassified document that says his own intelligence community identified Putin as personally running an operation to defeat my father in 2020, built around a fake Burisma corruption scandal centered around me and executed through prominent Americans.
Trump tasked his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to fly to Kyiv and meet a known Russian agent.
The Americans who ran, laundered, and legitimized the operation:
Donald Trump. Rudy Giuliani. John Solomon. Joe DiGenova. Victoria Toensing. Lev Parnas. Igor Fruman. Chanel Rion. Sean Hannity. Steve Bannon. Miranda Devine. Ken Vogel. Ron Johnson. Chuck Grassley. James Comer. Jim Jordan.
To name a few.
An operation formally sanctioned by Trump's own Treasury Department on September 10, 2020, and expanded to include more named actors on January 11, 2021.
Oh, and don't forget the Russian-linked FBI informant Alexander Smirnov, who later pleaded guilty to making the entire Burisma bribery story up.
The record exists and we have all the receipts, and more.

Hello everyone: friends, followers, readers!
I am posting this again because my similar post got deleted during the hacker takeover.
In 2026-2027, I want to institutionalize my quite unique experience of being a blend of a diplomat, academic researcher, lecturer, tear-gas-dodger, one-person media platform and OSINT-gatherer, as I believe this could be of use for the common good of freedom and good governance: not just in Georgia, but for the broader region of Eastern Partnership, Western Balkans, Black Sea, EU enlargement, etc.
I am thus actively looking for projects such as:
— policy papers;
— non-resident fellowships (or, in some cases, I could consider resident fellowships);
— consultancy and expertise;
I would be doing this in parallel to the full-time Georgia diplomacy and writing a book on personal transformation and democratic resistance.
I know my channel is followed by European and American politicians, Embassies, international journalists, political experts, etc. — and I am very proud, humbled, and grateful for your attention.
So, I hope to be useful to you or your colleagues in a role closer to my current interests.
What I can offer:
— Timely news and analysis of events in this broader EU enlargement and Black Sea-Adriatic Sea region, as well as Central Asia;
— Hybrid threats, election integrity, democratization, governance, security, strategic connectivity, political and electoral expertise;
— Comparative analysis of all the above;— Ability to quickly absorb virtually any adjacent topic, which are too many to list due to the interconnected nature of social and political sciences;
— Excellence under stress (I grew my platform from scratch while posting from under tear gases and running from the police, literally; did a 10-visit sprint in October and November 2025, taking a flight on every third day for two months, on average);
— Travel flexibility;
— Fluency in Georgian, English, Russian. French is a work in progress, but I have successfully enlightened all taxi drivers I’ve met in France about the details of the political situation in Georgia;
— Strong morals, ethics, and personal accountability;
— And no draconian Georgian legislative limitations in working with me.
I also have MLitt with distinction from the University of St Andrews and I enrolled for a PhD program at Tbilisi State University, but it was disrupted due to the developments in Georgia.
If you have projects or roles in mind, please do get in touch.
Thank you very much for all your support! ✊🏻
I would like to kindly ask my friends and supporters to amplify the post too 🙏🏻
The picture is from the 62nd session of the UN Human Rights Council, July 1, 2026, where I delivered a speech on Georgia on behalf of Liberal International.
