This is actually easy for #2 The 2nd amendment doesn't grant you the right to bear firearms. It only restricts the government formally from violating that right from God. And it also says our declaration that a gov that is tyrannical needs to be over thrown, so the founders would support violating gun laws that infringe the second amendment.
