Let’s look at what other platforms charge for unsupported-asset recovery.
Binance charges up to 20 USDT for certain recovery cases, with some taking up to 30 working days. Bybit charges a $200 fee for manual recovery & requires the recoverable assets to be worth more than $500.

This is about that random guy with less than 1k followers who made his first 40$
P2P via spenda and made a mistake and now due to their “policy” he can’t get his money back even if it can be retrieved
I’ve been in crypto for years , I do understand that sending money to the wrong address is suic!dal , but why my case is easier and so is the case for some is this is the same chain on a coin that’s supported globally (just not on spenda)
Note that , even traditional banks that we detest have faster processing times than 7-14 days
I’m very disappointed for a platform I’ve used since day one of inception

why does @MySpenda present itself as a professional platform when the reality seems to be completely different?
i made a mistake with a deposit quite some time ago, and i’ve been trying to resolve the issue through the appropriate channels, but all my efforts have been unsuccessful.
what bothers me the most is how quickly you attend to people with influence and help them recover their deposits, while ordinary users like us are left frustrated and ignored whenever we reach out to your agents and representatives.
does someone need to have a large following or a loud voice on this app before their complaints are taken seriously?
