Nick Shirley was NOT in New York City on September 10th. He was in Utah. A video he posted from the Orem train station that same day catches the ticket agent announcing the location over the PA system in the background — the audio places him minutes from where Charlie Kirk was shot. The next day, September 11th, he films himself at Salt Lake City International Airport, and the scenery outside the window matches public photos of that terminal exactly.
Two clips. Two days. Same state.
That single fact destroys the story he has repeated: that he had already gone back to New York, and that the segment he did with Andrew Kolvet on The Charlie Kirk Show that morning was live. If Nick was standing in Utah on the 10th and again on the 11th, the interview could not have been live. And if it was not live, the one real-time alibi Andrew Kolvet has ever offered for his own movements that morning evaporates.
It gets worse. Nick says Charlie texted him the night of the 9th inviting him onto the show on Thursday the 11th — and that he had originally planned to livestream the UVU event in person before "last-minute obligations" forced him to New York. But Charlie himself was scheduled to be at Charis Bible College in Colorado on the 11th. So why is Charlie trying to book Nick for an interview on a day Charlie already had somewhere else to be? And why does the screenshot Nick released show only a partial thread, cut off exactly where the useful part of the conversation would be?
Then there is the part almost nobody has clocked. In that September 10th train station video, Nick is already pushing the fed-slop line — radical leftists, Antifa, blame the left — before a single fact about the shooter or the motive was public. Not hours later. Not after a briefing. On the day, on camera, before the evidence existed.
Put it together and it stops looking like a coincidence. It looks like Nick Shirley was inserted into the Charlie Kirk timeline to sell the official story to Gen Z before anyone could check it, and to help manufacture an alibi for Andrew Kolvet while he was at it. That is not organic journalism. That is a jacketed asset doing precisely what it was placed there to do.
And here is your update: Nick Shirley says this is all false. So I asked him for the originals of the photos he claims debunk me, so the metadata could be verified. He refused.
He has the files. He has the timestamps. He will not hand them over. You tell me what that means.
Nick Shirley's public answer to all of this is that it's false. Fine. Good. That is exactly what a correction is for — so I went to him privately and asked for the one thing that settles it either way: the original uncompressed files, so the metadata could be checked by someone who actually knows what he's looking at.
Here is what happened.
He opened with confidence: "Yes 100% I filmed it at JFK before I went to the UK." I told him if it checks out, I will apologize and correct the record publicly. He replied, "Yes a correction deserves to be served."
So I asked for the files. Original, uncompressed, straight from the camera roll — WeTransfer, Dropbox, anything, to an email address. Nothing exotic. Just the files.
What came back was a screenshot of the Photos app. A screen recording of a video player. Four photos pasted into the chat. And one file preview captioned "John F. Kennedy International… September 11, 2025 9:39 PM."
Every one of those is a copy of a copy. Re-saved, re-compressed, stripped. A screenshot of a screenshot carries no camera metadata at all. It carries whatever the phone decided to write on the label — which is precisely the thing under dispute. So he has handed me the claim again, not the evidence for it.
And here is where his own defense starts to break. His version is now: "I had an office in NYC that I lived in at that time and was in NYC by Sept 7 and then left for the UK on the 12th." Except there is a clip of him at the Orem train station on the 10th, with the ticket agent calling out the location over the PA. So which is it — New York from the 7th, or Utah on the 10th? Both cannot be true without a same-day cross-country round trip that nobody has produced a boarding pass for.
Look at the airport clip he sent as proof. The label on the file says JFK, 9:39 PM on September 11th. The scenery outside that window is Salt Lake City. He is using a file tagged one airport to prove he was at the other.
He says the timeline is wrong. He has the originals. He will not send them. "A correction deserves to be served" — then serve it.
A screenshot is not metadata. A label is not a timestamp. And a guy who is this confident should not be this hard to get a file out of.

MISSING IN ALABAMA — HER CAR IS GONE, HER PHONE IS OFF, AND HER DOG WAS LEFT HOME ALONE.
Morgan Barton (55) has been missing since Tuesday, November 3, after attending Doug Jones’ election-night watch party at the Sheraton Hotel in Birmingham.
Police say Morgan was at the hotel around 6:30pm. Her daughter says she last spoke with her mother around 8:47pm that evening.
Since then, nothing.
Her phone is unreachable, her location sharing has been turned off, and her family cannot locate her dark gray Kia.
But there’s another detail that concerns me.
When family members went to Morgan’s home Wednesday, they found her dog there alone, without food.
Her family says Morgan would never disappear without contacting her children, and leaving her dog unattended is completely out of character.
Morgan is 5’4”, approximately 130 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a lavender shirt, dark purple skirt, and purple and blue shoes.

I've obtained the Orem Police Department's official police report concerning the arrest of Russell Kim Kennington at Utah Valley University (UVU) on September 11, 2025, the day after Charlie Kirk's assassination.
This report addresses the hoax claims being pushed by DiligentDenizen and ProjectConstitu regarding a supposed SECOND RIFLE that was allegedly recovered from the assassination crime scene and NEVER reported to the public.
Let's start with Project Constitution.
On July 1, 2026, Project Constitution announced that they had obtained Kennington's Affidavit of Probable Cause. They also claimed that UVU Police had previously responded to their October 2025 GRAMA request by stating they had no responsive records.
Their response? "That was a lie."
Except there's a rather important detail they apparently overlooked in the very affidavit they published.
At the bottom of the affidavit, the arresting officer's name is clearly identified:
"/S/ Black, Chad R"
I took that information, searched Utah's public employee salary records, and identified Chad Black as an officer with the OREM POLICE DEPARTMENT.
So instead of submitting a GRAMA request to UVU Police, I submitted my request to Orem PD.
Guess what?
I RECEIVED THE POLICE REPORT. How did I get it? I simply told the Orem PD that I did not want anything related to the Tyler Robinson case, I did not want anything related to Russell Kennington. I just wanted the object that was confiscated. That made it easy for me to get a hold of the incident report and Record Officer Sedona Hansen turned it over with little issues.

The report identifies Sergeant C. Black as the responsible officer and documents Kennington's arrest on September 11, 2025.
It also identifies personnel from the Utah County Sheriff's Office and Utah State Bureau of Investigation who assisted in the arrest.
Now here's where the SECOND RIFLE narrative becomes interesting.
For months, Diligent Denizen has repeatedly circulated footage of Kennington being escorted by law enforcement officers while claiming that one of the officers was carrying an EVIDENCE-TAGGED RIFLE.
Not just any rifle, either.
According to their posts, this was supposedly a SECOND, NEVER REPORTED rifle connected to Charlie Kirk's assassination.
They've also suggested that Kennington was allowed to conceal an unidentified object beneath his clothing even after being searched.
So what does the actual police report say?
On page 5, Sergeant Black describes Kennington as wearing a white lab coat and carrying:
"some type of plastic axe type toy with plastic chains"
The report continues on page 6 by mentioning a cut-up jump rope with just the handles.
Under the report's EVIDENCE section, the listed item is:
"Black iPhone in brown case"
Sergeant Black further documents that Kennington admitted crossing the yellow crime scene tape to photograph and record the area. His cellphone was confiscated as evidence, and a search warrant was to be sought.
There is NO mention of Kennington possessing a rifle.
NO mention of a second rifle being recovered during his arrest.
NO mention of an evidence-tagged firearm being transported alongside him.
The report does NOT corroborate the extraordinary claims that Diligent Denizen has repeatedly presented as fact.
And there's another important distinction.
Project Constitution's GRAMA dispute involved UVU Police.
The report I obtained was given by OREM PD.
Those are TWO DIFFERENT LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
A response stating that one agency has no responsive records does not mean that another agency doesn't possess records concerning the same incident.
It certainly isn't proof that somebody LIED or that investigators were concealing evidence.
Like I said, the information needed to identify the reporting agency was sitting at the bottom of these hoaxsters' document.
I followed that lead and obtained the report. The easiest thing to debunk.
Here's what we can actually establish:
Russell Kennington was arrested at UVU on September 11, 2025.
Orem PD documented the arrest.
The police report identifies a plastic axe-type toy, plastic chains, jump rope handles, and a cellphone.
The cellphone was documented as evidence.
The report does not document a second rifle.
And nothing in the materials presented by these accounts establishes that an undisclosed rifle connected to Charlie Kirk's assassination was recovered during Kennington's arrest.
There's a considerable difference between asking questions about an unidentified object in a video and repeatedly declaring that law enforcement secretly removed a second murder weapon.
That's it. If they had any sense of intelligence, they would have figured this out a long time ago. Or maybe that's just the point and they needed another hoax to keep people hooked to their grifting.
By the way, I watermarked these documents for the purpose of making sure that people do not manipulate them in any way whatsoever. I've already given my copy of the report to people I know are interested in the truth, not a lie.
