$20M is the target. Can 1win get there?
The 1win token sale is already making noise, with $6.3M in deposits reported and the $20M milestone now up for debate.
XO has turned that question into a market where traders can take a side and back their own predictions.
Current odds: 69% YES and 49% NO
My take? I lean YES. With $6.3M already in, the real question is whether momentum can bring in another $13.7M before the sale closes. That’s a big gap, but one worth watching.
Will 1win cross $20M, or will the hype fall short?

Quantum computing could force crypto networks to rethink their security sooner than expected.
In the Market Bubble podcast, StarkWare CEO Eli Ben Sasson explained why @Starknet is researching an independent L1 instead of simply waiting for Ethereum's post quantum upgrades.
His concern is the dependency chain. Even if Starknet's own cryptography is ready, parts of its security still rely on Ethereum infrastructure that must undergo its own transition.
That creates a timing problem.
Starknet's STARK proofs already use hash based cryptography, giving it an advantage in preparing for quantum threats. The challenge is extending that protection across the wider network, including the components it doesn't fully control as an L2.
An independent L1 could give Starknet more freedom to coordinate those upgrades, with full quantum resistance by 2027 as the goal discussed.
Nothing is decided yet. The community backed research, not an actual departure from Ethereum.
What makes this worth watching is the question behind Eli's argument: if quantum safe infrastructure becomes urgent, will relying on another network limit how quickly you can respond?
Watch Eli explain the reasoning.

Say you have $100K on-chain.
You want to transfer it, earn yield, or use it in a financial strategy.
Why should everyone watching the blockchain know exactly how much you moved?
That’s the problem @primus_labs is approaching with FHE.
Instead of decrypting sensitive values every time the system needs to work with them, computation can happen while the data remains encrypted.
So the asset can remain useful without making every underlying amount public.
And this is where I think privacy infrastructure gets more interesting:
privacy shouldn't mean taking your assets out of the financial system.
It should mean having more control over what the system can see.
That feels much closer to what institutional on-chain finance actually needs.
A screenshot can show you a number.
It can't prove where that number came from.
That's one of the problems @primus_labs is trying to tackle with zkTLS.
The interesting part isn't simply accessing Web2 data.
It's being able to generate a cryptographic proof that the data came from the claimed source without handing the whole underlying dataset to whoever is verifying it.
Think about the implications:
📌 Your financial information can remain private.
📌 The application can still verify the relevant claim.
📌 And the proof can potentially be used onchain.
That's a much more useful model than:
“Trust me, I checked the website.”
For me, this is where privacy infrastructure starts becoming genuinely practical.

Stablecoins are increasingly a financial infrastructure question, not just a crypto-market question.
On October 21, the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency finalized a rule implementing the GENIUS Act for payment stablecoin issuers and certain related activities within its jurisdiction. The rule is scheduled to take effect on January 18, 2027.
The framework addresses reserve assets, redemption, custody, risk management, reporting, and supervision. Anti-money-laundering and sanctions-related requirements are being addressed separately.
For traditional financial institutions, this could create opportunities in custody, payments, and digital-asset infrastructure. For stablecoin businesses, clearer standards may support trust while increasing compliance obligations.
The distinction that matters: a payment stablecoin is not automatically equivalent to a bank deposit, nor does the framework itself guarantee universal government insurance.
The next phase will be measured by implementation, issuer eligibility, redemption reliability, and real demand for stablecoin-based payments.
This is a significant regulatory milestone. Whether it becomes a turning point for adoption will depend on how effectively the framework works in practice.

Good day creators.
Tomorrow at 17:00 UTC, Rebate Pad opens on Robinhood Chain. The first thing I'll follow isn't the price. It's the fee.
I learned this the hard way. I used to watch the chart and ignore where the money moved. Now I ask where a platform earns, and where that money goes.
Here's what I know about $REBATE. It launches on the same rules as every other token: 3% bonus tokens on buys, 0.7% holder payouts in USDG and a 0.3% platform fee. The platform fee from every launch (0.7%) and from $REBATE itself (0.3%) is used to buy $REBATE and burn it. That happens through automated dip buys below its price, plus buys at the market price.
So the burn runs on usage. More launches and more trading mean more fees, and more fees mean more buying and burning.
Here's what I'll watch:
➠ How many launches go live, and whether people keep creating them after day one
➠ How active each token trades, since that's where the fees come from
➠ Whether the burns are visible on chain, so I can check them myself
One honest limit. A burn is a mechanism, not a promise of price. If activity slows, the fee loop slows too, and I'd rather know that before I take a position than after.
I haven't seen the live numbers yet, so I'm not calling anything. I'm just going in knowing what to track.
Follow the fee, and the story gets easier to read.

When a token launches, most people focus on bonuses, distribution, and potential upside.
But what happens when buyers lose interest, liquidity dries up, or the team stops delivering?
That’s where a launchpad’s accountability matters.
While exploring @RebateLaunch, I think these four questions deserve attention.
➠ What happens when trading activity fades?
Low volume can make it harder to trade at a reasonable price. Incentives don't guarantee sustained demand.
➠ What happens when liquidity disappears?
A token being tradable doesn't mean every buyer can exit easily. Slippage and limited liquidity can change the outcome.
➠ What happens when a team stops delivering?
Users need clear updates about delays, missed milestones, and major changes in direction.
➠ What happens when something goes wrong?
Are cancellation procedures or refunds available? Who is responsible for what? These rules should be clear before users commit funds.
No launchpad can guarantee that every project succeeds. But users deserve transparent rules, realistic expectations, and honest communication.
That's why evaluating @RebateLaunch should go beyond purchase bonuses and holder rewards. How a platform communicates risks and responsibilities matters too.
Through @starlisting, creators can help by asking better questions and sharing useful information instead of repeating the hype.
A launchpad should explain more than the upside. It should make the risks clear before the launch begins.
When evaluating a token, do you investigate the failure plan as closely as the potential rewards?
Liquidity changes how tokenomics work in practice.
@RebateLaunch's proposed fee funded buyback and burn model may connect launchpad revenue with $REBATE supply reduction, but the market impact depends on execution.
A buyback in a deep market behaves differently from one in a thin market. Slippage, sell pressure, and available trading depth all affect the outcome.
Supply reduction alone doesn't establish price appreciation or durable demand.
For this model, I'd want to evaluate buyback transactions alongside liquidity conditions not in isolation.
Mechanisms deserve credit for what they demonstrably do, not what traders hope they will do.
On October 27 at 17:00 UTC, the launchpad will open on Robinhood Chain, marking the official debut of $REBATE.
Each purchase will earn bonus tokens, and holders who remain will receive payouts.
This event promises to introduce a revolutionary product that could reshape the entire space.

Tomorrow is an important day for @RebateLaunch
On 27 October at 17:00 UTC, Rebate Pad is scheduled to open on Robinhood Chain, with $REBATE launching alongside it.
I've spent time looking through how the platform is designed, and now I'm interested in seeing those ideas move into a live product.
The real questions start here. How will the launch experience feel? How will the platform handle actual activity? And how will the different parts of its token economy work once everything is live?
That's what makes this stage interesting to me. A homepage can explain the mechanics, but a working product gives people something real to evaluate.
I'm looking forward to seeing what the team delivers and how the community responds once the doors open.
The countdown is on. Tomorrow, we get to see the next chapter of Rebate Pad unfold.

Good morning creators. Happy new week.
Fixed rates bring a level of transparency that buyers need. With @RebateLaunch, knowing the terms won't change after launch makes a real difference.
Would you prioritize buy bonuses or long term holder rewards?
Good morning creators. Happy new week
How rates work on Rebate Pad.
Every token launched on Rebate Pad by @RebateLaunch sets its own rates once, at the moment it goes live.
The launcher picks them within the platform's limits, and after that nobody can touch them. They stay the same for every wallet, from the first buyer to the last, and there is no admin switch to raise them later.
Four numbers make up a launch. Bonus tokens are what buyers get on top of what they buy.
➠ Holder payouts are what holders earn for staying.
➠ The platform fee goes to the Rebate Pad ecosystem.
➠ The Uniswap fee covers the swap itself.
The site's example launch shows how that looks in practice: a 5% bonus on buys, a 2% payout to holders, a 0.7% platform fee and a 0.3% Uniswap fee.
The launcher also can't go wild. Bonus and payout together are capped at 9%, so a launch can't promise numbers it can't sustain.
➠ For buyers, this means no moving goalposts. The rate you see at launch is the rate you get on day one and on day one hundred.
➠ For launchers, it's a commitment they can't walk back, which is exactly what makes it believable.

Good morning everyone.
Letting creators tweak their own launch setup sounds great on paper, but more knobs doesn't automatically mean better results.
Bonus rates, payout rules and the rest of the launch settings can each push a project in a different direction. the hard part is that buyers and holders feel those choices differently, and not everyone reads them correctly.
A setup built to grab quick attention can easily clash with a team that wants a community that sticks around.
So the real question for @RebateLaunch is how do you give creators room to shape their launch without burying users in complexity?
Plain-language explanations and smart default settings could go a long way.
A good system isn't the one packed with the most options. it's the one where people can see what their choices will actually lead to.
So where do you land: full customization, or a few simple settings that are easy to follow?
Always DYOR.

I placed @RebateLaunch into a simple decision framework: follow, verify, or wait.
Follow means the project is interesting enough to monitor.
Verify means there is enough public evidence to understand the product and participation process.
Wait means important details are still missing before forming a strong opinion.
For me, RebateLaunch currently belongs between the first and third categories. The project has an early Web3 launch and community-focused positioning, which makes it worth following. However, I could not verify enough information about the exact mechanics, user journey, or measurable milestones to move it into the high-confidence category.
The advantage is early discovery. The disadvantage is limited evidence compared with established launch platforms.
My current decision: follow the updates, verify every new claim, and wait for clearer execution before making stronger conclusions.
Good morning everyone
Fixed supply is only part of the story. The real question is how value flows through the ecosystem.
With @RebateLaunch, the focus is on connecting platform activity to $REBATE incentives.
But the real test goes beyond tokenomics. Sustainable rewards need real demand, consistent trading volume, and transparent execution.
A model can look good on paper. What matters is how it performs in the real market.

Fixed supply is one thing. What matters is how the ecosystem creates value around it.
@RebateLaunch is building $REBATE on Robinhood Chain with a model that connects platform activity to token incentives.
Here’s how it works:
• Fixed supply with no additional minting.
• Every buy comes with a 3% bonus in $REBATE.
• Holders receive payouts in USDG without staking or manual claims.
• Platform fees from every token launched on the pad are used to buy back and burn $REBATE.
The interesting part is how these mechanisms connect. Platform activity is designed to fund rewards while buybacks and burns reduce the circulating supply over time.
But execution matters more than promises. Real demand, trading volume, liquidity, and the sustainability of rewards will determine how effective this model becomes.
That’s what I’ll be watching as @RebateLaunch grows.
