🚨Just like all the images and video from this case… we are to believe that the FBI doesn’t have cameras with the technology of pixels?
⁉️ You can blame the surveillance footage and stills from it (easier) for the low res quality but what are we to blame the blurry gun photos on?
✅ Pictured is a photo I TOOK with my iPhone 14 of my foldable firearm (unfolded) on its box… (and lined up with the 2 case photos) in my photo you can almost read the serial numbers and manufacturing details on it!! You can see every part of the structure, every seam, connecting part, all the detail!
⁉️ But the 2 firearms presented to us as Tyler’s Grandfathers Mauser are so distorted that people think they “could be the same firearm” because of the low resolution and DIFFERENT LIGHTING (and box btw) that are purported to be both taken as the firearm was found right out of the bushes…
🚨 C’mon!!! with this nonsense that the FBI (or any of the agencies involved) doesn’t have a (even semi) technologically updated camera to photograph EVIDENCE!!!

Yes, both the New York Post photo (published Sept. 11, 2025, captioned as the recovered bolt-action rifle) and the images shown at Tyler Robinson’s July 2026 preliminary hearing are presented by authorities and media as depicting the same Mauser Model 98 .30-06 rifle found wrapped in a towel in the wooded area near UVU. Visual differences noted online appear due to angle, lighting, and photo quality.
I asked it to reimage the photo to SHOW ME the differences it sees… and it said thie lighting and angle it’s laying doesn’t change the structural differences. My question was… Could these be the sane firearm? (with zero references to CK).
The other factor is the LIMP documented in court of .061-065 is too narrow to narrow for 99% of firearms listed on the GRC list presented in court, even a re- barreled Mauser from after market parts but it perfectly aligns with Savage Factory land range.
The class characteristics of the very badly damaged bullet jacket fragment produced the GRC list, the 3 sets of test fires (so 6 total) LIMP range (aside from an anomaly) eliminates the list.

Taking 4 years to go to trial in a murder case is an obscenity that should appall all Americans. But the fact that even the prosecutors are hoping for a 2028 trial at the soonest for Tyler Robinson has been very bothersome to me as well.
I think it’s very clear that the glacially slow judicial process for Tyler Robinson has helped fuel all the conspiracies about Charlie’s death, which have flooded in to fill the void created by months on end where nothing happens in the case. This slow speed is not promoting justice, but is actually reducing public trust in the system.
It should be a firm goal in American criminal justice for a case to go from arrest to a jury verdict in less than a year. If we need to invest in more courts, judges, and public defenders to make that happen, it is a worthy expense.
The fact that the President of the USA is publicly pushing to bypass giving Tyler a fair trial and assuming him guilty before he gets a fair shit to be proven innocent or guilty is a disgrace to this “great” country and our justice system.
This is the epitome of disgusting, it makes him look more connected to a coverup, and is unequivocally tampering with the process and outcome of the trail of a 23 yo that deserves a FAIR TRIAL even if he is guilty (which he isn’t).
When I think he can’t get any more unethical and gross… he does something like this!

🛜 Anyway, I believe somehow they got a general .30 cal bullet jacket fragment (possibly from a Mauser, but could be any on the GRC List) into the lab with a Savage Firearm to test… Sounds crazy, right? 😬
🛜 But even the ATF expert testifies she didn’t know her test firearm was supposed to be a German 1938 Mauser… 🤷🏻♀️
🛜 She was just shooting the firearm given to her into a water tank and trying to match it to the the bullet jacket fragment given to her.
✅ The class characteristics of the bullet jacket fragment (only) exactly match the FBI GRC list of .30 cal possibilities…
✅ but the class characteristics of the 6 test fires (namely the LIMP of .061-.065) exactly matches the tight ballistics of a factory SAVAGE barrel (Savage is not on the list).
❌ and the striations (individual characteristics) didn’t match up because the fragment was so severely damaged aka inconclusive.

excludes batch #2… the RL aka Right LEFT coded firearms should have for sure IMMEDIATELY been excluded. They would not have populated on the GRC list at all with a 6 Right rifling class characteristic comparison plugged in. 💯💯💯
