#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam: On Former Excise Commissioner flags corruption and alleges Minister M Liju's involvement, BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "The message this government has been giving during the last couple of weeks is that honest officers have no place in this administration. First, the KSEB Chairman Rajamanickam was removed, and then we heard about a power purchase agreement which is detrimental to the interests of the state. Second, now we hear about this bar license issue, and an officer who is efficient and honest is also being removed. So that means honest, upright officers have no place in this government. The government wants to have people who are ready to bend themselves and be subservient to the interests of the political agenda of the ruling party..."
#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam: On Congress leader Sonia Gandhi's recent article criticising the central govt, BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "I'm not surprised by Sonia Gandhi's comments, because the Nehru family feels that they are destined by God to rule this country. And perhaps Sonia Gandhi also might have come to India hoping that she would be part of the ruling family, bypassing the rules of the country without being a citizen of this country. There are reports that when Sonia Gandhi first exercised her right to vote, she was not a citizen of this country. So first of all, she should clarify these things during interviews and when she speaks to the media, because these are the issues that the people would like to know..."

#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam: BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "People across the country are rallying behind the call given by the Bharatiya Janata Party to save democracy. The people are defeating Rahul Gandhi's efforts to create anarchy through their participation. In a democratic system, people elect the government, and if there is a loss of confidence in the government, there is a constitutional method to seek its removal. That is why we have provisions for passing a no-confidence motion in Parliament or state legislatures. Instead of following that constitutional route, Rahul Gandhi is trying to create a mock Parliament and demanding that the government step down, which is not being accepted by the people of the country. That is the message these padyatras are conveying to the entire world."

#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam | On Rahul Gandhi's statement, BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "It is Rahul Gandhi who is heading abroad and running away from all these issues... He should engage in serious political activities and convince the people that the Congress has the capability to represent them; only then will people trust him. Otherwise, such circus-like antics will not benefit him in any way..."
On BJP's march tomorrow, he says, "Raising the slogan of 'Save Democracy, No to Anarchy', the BJP is conducting padyatras and various other campaigns across the country. In Thiruvananthapuram, we have appealed to the people to unite to save democracy and root out anarchy. We have appealed to the people to unite to save democracy and root out anarchy... Union Minister of State Shobha Karandlaje will be the chief guest. Senior BJP leaders and prominent members of society will participate..."
#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam | On protest by All Keralam LPST rank holders, BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "The LPSC rank holders are again on the path of agitation. It's really deplorable and unfortunate. The government has not cared to fulfill the assurances given to them. Moreover, the government is now trying to create misunderstanding about the agitation. The Chief Minister mentioned that the agitators are demanding the teacher-student ratio to be reworked. I understand that in the context of Kerala having around 600 to 700 teachers. To accommodate them, they have demanded that changing the student-teacher ratio. And accordingly, those who are in the rank list can be considered for fresh appointment. So the government should urgently intervene in the matter and see that a no precious life is lost."
#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam: BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "It's really painful that a senior leader of the Congress party, the president of the Congress party, makes such a comment. Criticizing a government is understandable. Opposing the policy of a prime minister is also understandable. But personal remarks about an individual or his family is not the mechanism, is not the method that one should adopt even from a person as senior as the president of a Congress party... Whether it is Rahul Gandhi or Mallikarjun Kharge, they should follow some civility in public life, which is the need of the hour... You can oppose RSS ideology, but why do you abuse the Prime Minister's father? We don't have any objection to Kharge, opposing RSS ideology..."
#WATCH | Kochi, Keralam | On the former Keralam Governor’s recommendation to remove the KPSC Chairman, BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "I am surprised that the INDI alliance partners have come together to oppose the Governor's recommendation or the communication of the Governor to the President regarding the malpractices that are happening in the Kerala Public Service Commission. He has acted on the basis of the constitutional provisions. This is a process that has been initiated by the Governor of Kerala, and a final word will be there only after it goes to the reference of the Supreme Court under Article 145."
#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam | On an accident involving a Judge’s minor son, BJP MLA V Muraleedharan says, "It is an alarming situation that adolescents are given the freedom to take the vehicles and go out and indulge in rash driving, due to which innocent lives are lost. It will have to be a collective decision of the society on what needs to be done to prevent such issues from recurring. Unfortunately, the police come to the rescue of the influential. It is for the government to respond to such things."

#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, keralam: On CMRL-Exalogic case, BJP leader V Muraleedharan says, "... It's absolutely surprising that the Kerala government has decided to openly support and collude with the accused, Pinarayi Vijayan. The government itself submitting to the Kerala High Court that we don't have evidence, in spite of the fact that the government's stand was severely criticised by the Kerala High Court. Now, the government is trying to circumvent that and allow Pinarayi Vijayan to go scot-free. This is a clear case of an alliance between the India partners, and I'm sure that people will see through such efforts where they both support each other."
