$NVDA might go to $170 because of Jensen.
Thatβs a decent buying opportunity though.
This is the Chinese spy who $NVDA CEO Jensen Huang had an affair with.

IREN already went from civils to a tested GB300 cluster in 14 months. The industry benchmark is 18 months for the building alone.
Now add factory-built PODs that deploy in weeks. What happens to the timeline when the building shows up finished? $IREN
Agree IREN is the next hyperscaler, @Joseph_Invests.
A challenge for the smart $IREN bulls:
IREN has >5GW of secured power and a >35GW pipeline, and it isn't slowing down. On Thursday's call Dan was asked about NVIDIA's modular DSX PODs. His answer: IREN has had teams on modular and prefab construction for nine months, is working with NVIDIA on designs, and is still deciding whether to run the DSX POD exactly as presented.
The goal he named: simpler, faster builds with less labour on site.
My read: that's the path to factory-built PODs that deploy in weeks and are quickly upgradeable at any time.
Remember who they bought in 2020: PodTech. The name wasn't an accident. See photo from 2019.
While most of the space faces headwinds, I think IREN has huge tailwinds. What else does this unlock? Add your tailwinds below.
(Disclosure: large IREN shareholder, PodTech co-founder.)
Jensen Huang said in the memo "I was unfaithful to my wife,"according to Bloomberg. "My actions hurt her and our children. There is no excuse for what I did."
He said he was "deeply sorry" and is fully cooperating with the investigation. "I love our country and our company, and I am committed to protecting Nvidia and supporting America's national security," he said. Huang will remain CEO pending the results of the probe. $NVDA

I can say this: a lot of them are poor because theyβre βjust living life,β spending more money than they make on experiences and luxuries they canβt afford.
IREN did civils to a tested 19,000 GPU cluster in 14 months.
The next step is NVIDIA DSX PODs, factory-built units that deploy in weeks. The building shows up finished, so the timeline only gets faster from here. $IREN

Permitting reform goes to a Senate vote Monday, and it would fast-track federal permitting and transmission for data centers.
If it clears the 60-vote hurdle a lot of stocks should fly !! $IREN $CIFR $NBIS $CRWV
JUST IN: Momentum is building behind the bipartisan permitting reform bill ahead of Mondayβs Senate vote, with Democrats reportedly making progress in negotiations, clean-energy groups endorsing the revised legislation, and conservative Rep. Chip Roy urging Congress to pass permitting reform before January 3. The developments could provide a positive catalyst for data center, power infrastructure and renewable energy stocks that have faced selling pressure following the Democratic sweep in the midterms.
The revised bill would accelerate federal permitting and transmission construction, require new qualifying data centers to cover their incremental electricity and grid costs rather than passing them on to consumers, establish financial guarantees for operators, and expand oversight of data center electricity and water consumption. It also includes four nuclear provisions addressing licensing, uranium enrichment, NRC staffing and DOE transparency.
The most significant development may be the emergence of broader political support for energy infrastructure development, including solar and wind projects that previously faced Republican opposition. Faster permitting and transmission expansion could benefit renewable developers, grid equipment suppliers, utilities and data center operators, although new cost-sharing requirements could pressure data center economics. Nuclear developers could also benefit from regulatory reforms. The bill potentially offers a policy catalyst for several recently pressured sectors, but Mondayβs 60-vote threshold remains the immediate hurdle.
JPM has memory at under 3.5x 2027 earnings with a 98% EPS growth rate through 2028.
The same note says EPS cuts are unlikely in the next six months because the supply gap is too wide and LTAs and prepayments protect earnings.
The market is pricing a downcycle that JPM itself does not see yet. $MU $SKHY $DRAM
J.P. Morgan on memory:
"The order visibility is extending as we progress through the year, but we believe the market is anticipating AI funding risk and power bottleneck driven memory downcycle as early as in 1H27E. This puts memory in a tricky spot as investors debate between "too-cheap to ignore" vs. "it is cheap for a reason." We believe EPS cuts are unlikely to happen in the next 6M as the memory S-D gap is too wide to narrow over a short period of time and memory earnings will have a buffer protected by LTAs and prepayments."

Am I the only one that hasnβt tried this new feature called Radar, It's X's new most powerful search tool.
From what Iβve gathered this is what you can do with it :
β’Β Be the first to spot trends with Radar
β’Β Create a query and let Radar track real-time updates
β’Β Focus on any topic using advanced search capability
β’Β Get immediate stats on post counts from your queries
β’Β Monitor keywords, visualize trend activity, and filter conversations. In real-time
β’Β Track conversations with daily activity graphs from the past 3 days. Visualize trends.
Is anyone actually using this ??
Microsoft is now sending its own staff to neocloud construction sites, including the Vineland site DataOne is building for Nebius.
DataOne was fined over $1 million in September for running 62 gas generators without a permit. It disputes the ruling. Microsoft has already walked away from one Nscale deal over power delays, and its contract lets it terminate Nebius tranches for specified delivery delays.
(not saying itβll happen obviously)
$NBIS reports Thursday. Satellite analysis says about 140 megawatts at Vineland could slip into 2027.
What I want to hear is, What will management say about delivery timelines? $NBIS
20 GW by 2035β2040? Thatβs my ambitious long-term bull case for IREN not company guidance.
Blockspaceβs post shows 5.8 GW from 2028 onward. $IREN report 35+ GW development pipeline, so getting to 20 GW means converting sites into secured, financed and energized capacity.
Obviously 2035 is aggressive and 2040 looks more plausible if execution keeps pace.
$IREN GLOBAL POWER FOOTPRINT & RAMP UP β‘οΈ

$CRWV can still raise capital, but the bond market is signaling itβll be harder and more expensive. Its 2032 notes yielded above 16%, and CDS hit a new high this week.
$IREN has recently secured GPU financing tied to customer contracts and prepayments.
For Coreweave, a $30β35B funding need could mean higher costs, more collateral, dilution or slowing the build.
Deutsche Bank sees $CRWV needed $30-35B of new capital to support current pro formal backlog
The FT reports Anthropic paid $3.4B for 1.7GW of Caterpillar gas generators that OnePWR ordered about two years ago, or roughly $2M per MW, which shows what near-term generation is worth when the grid can't keep up.
