The people who have called canada home for 15,000 years can't even express their culture without the pigheaded, prejudice comments.
This happens at 2 Canucks games a season. We hear the American anthem for 42. Guess what causes more outrage

John Horgan (RIP) got the NDP elected as a super likeable guy & governed pretty much from the centre
Forced the oppo BC Libs to the right
Controlled (mostly) the ideologues in caucus
Eby never had that gift, couldn’t keep caucus, & left the centre open to Doerksen.
I've basically seen this lad get slandered no end by Barca fans the past 3 years and he's genuinely just quality. Work rate is top shelf

You can't blame this loss on Green 'vote splitting'
1. The BC NDP called the early election, so that's 100% on them
2. The Greens support Proportional Representation, so they actually want to fix this system
3. The ONLY vote splits in recent memory were right-wing Liberals splitting the vote in 2011 Federally, and in 2018-2024 Ontario.
4. The BC CON win was so big, even a collapsed Green vote wouldn't have mattered.
The left doesn't split votes: Liberals do, and moderates are the ones who elect right-wing governments.
The Conservatives didn’t win as much as the NDP lost. The Conservatives got 50,000 less votes than 2024. Both the Vancouver and provincial election show a rejection of neoliberalism and that people want bold system-change ideas, not milquetoast centrism.

Really impressed with his performances so far, to be honest!

Lekkerimaki is one of our few bright spots, not sure if he’s played enough 5 on 5 tho.

So in the end the NDP put American booze back on the shelves #bcpoli
The current liberal government is true centre. Left leaning Trudeau almost lost the election for being too left. Our major cities are left leaning, our rural areas are centre to right. It isnt a puzzle
I was born into a country with mandatory voting. The concept of someone not willing to exercise their democratic right 3 times every 4 years is absolutely baffling to me. Such a flaw in the system to have so many just not pick their ruling party

A lot of divisive rhetoric on this app following the BC election.
Just a reminder:
We are all neighbours.
Love one other.
Treat each other with respect and kindness.
Don’t let algorithms make you lose sight of that.
Have a great day everyone 🙏🏻
A lot of people out there are either unemployed or struggling to pay their bills. While a lot of progress has been made socially, it's human nature to put your own needs first. The only people who deserve to be hounded for the Con majority is Eby and the NDP caucus
