The #OTC market is a #non-custodial, peer-to-peer exchange. Escrow a listed token against a ZGAP ask, and anyone can fill it. A seller sets the price and a counterparty takes it, with no effect on the chart until it trades. 0.5% toll.

Lending is part of the program. Anyone can open a vault with one collateral asset and one borrowed asset (ZGA or ZGAP), and its terms never change. New lending that involves ZGA opens once ZGA's market cap has held above $100,000 for 5 epochs (about 8 days).
