No election can be honestly or legally certified if the following aren't known: 1. How many qualified voters are on the rolls. 2. How many qualified voters voted. 3. Who, among qualified voters, voted. The voter rolls in most states cannot answer those questions. On that basis, no election can be honestly or legally certified. "Certification" is an attestation that the vote count is both legitimate and accurate. I wrote a peer reviewed article on this subject, published in the Journal of Information Warfare (link in comments). Read it and see for yourself why the midterms can't be legally certified, and why many past elections shouldn't have been certified. When states refused @HarmeetKDhillon 's request for their rolls, the DOJ should have immediately seized them. No lawsuits, no court involvement, just a reaction to what amounts to a national emergency: elections cannot be certified when the rolls are compromised. @PatriotMarkCook @marklevinshow @SecMullinDHS @KingSolomon006 @ZoomWalter @FSociety_1942

U.S. Court of Appeals (5th Circuit) decision starts with this: It has long been established that mail-in ballots are prone to fraud. See, e.g., Veasey v. Perry, 71 F. Supp. 3d 627, 676 (S.D. Tex. 2014) (“Mail-in ballots are not secure.”), aff’d in relevant part, 830 F.3d 216, 256 (5th Cir. 2016) (en banc). That is why voting by mail jeopardizes election integrity and democracy itself. Full decision link is in next comment.
