First Clef, now Clairic.
Clef picks from options you give it. Clairic extracts values from a receipt photo, a support email, or a CSV of daily counts.
You get typed answers with confidence scores in one forward pass, without generating output tokens.
Use them ahead of an LLM and you can keep the raw input away from the model writing the reply. It gets the extracted values, not the original email.
Great work by @michellechen and the Workers AI team. In preview now, with open weights coming soon.
a brand new model paradigm! introducing 𝚌𝚕𝚊𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚌: a system one model for extracting, computing, estimating, and predicting values from unstructured inputs.

We just open-sourced Void!
I love many things about Void, like using Vite and deploying on Cloudflare, but my favorite is that it's built on Hono.
I've been wondering how to build full-stack apps with Hono in the AI era. Void is the answer!

we're finally getting a company that knows how to present their benchmarks
Happy JevDay!
But before announcements we have to talk philosophy…
The needs of early adopters / tinkerers / dreamers are quite different from what is needed for extremely stable infrastructure.
For the Jev release, we erred on the latter, but this release is for the former - with a gate so people can opt-in to the danger zone!

How to get an app removed 101.
1. Big OTA updates.
2. Refund rate > 4%.
3. Fake discounts, abandon checkout.
4. Copycat 1:1 another app.
5. Repeated low quality submissions.
6. Privacy & data violations & MMPs.
7. Circumventing Apple fees.
8. Manipulating & fake reviews.
9. UGC with no moderation.
10. Excessive ads.
11. Excessive permissions / tracking.
All of my iOS apps were removed and the account is in pending termination.
It's been almost 3 weeks, I have contacted support about 5 times now, they say they don't have any visibility and can't help.
I have not evaded the review process.
If you have a contact at apple, I'd be very grateful.
If your account was suspended, please DM me any insights you have into what will happen.
I'll appreciate any retweets too!
