There is a huge difference between being obnoxious in front of your cameras and having the courage to face someone outside your studio.

Wish a cadre officer, someone with ground experience had been selected for this post. It's like having a new GOC without having commanded any unit or brigade.

This situation is there because most IPS officers (you are an exception) don't care about their men. Its a structural problem from selection to trg to service. Short term solution - all offrs in a district must have one meal a day with their men in their langar/mess. DIG/IG too.

गोदावरी गैस चोरी का खुला आरोप:
रिलायंस ने ONGC के ब्लॉक से $1.55 बिलियन (लगभग Rs 13,000 करोड़) की गैस "माइग्रेट" की।
ए.पी. शाह कमेटी ने भी इसे माना।
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने आर्बिट्रेशन अवॉर्ड को खारिज कर दिया।
सरकार ने खुद सुप्रीम कोर्ट से कहा, "यह चोरी है।"
फिर भी कोई FIR नहीं, कोई गिरफ़्तारी नहीं।
क्योंकि सिस्टम उनका है।
अनिल अंबानी का स्पेक्ट्रम गेम:
2G के ज़माने में स्पेक्ट्रम खरीदा, बैंकों से हज़ारों करोड़ निकाले,
फिर कंपनी को दिवालिया कर दिया। बैंकों का पैसा डूब गया, और स्पेक्ट्रम का क्या हुआ, पता नहीं।
अब मुकेश अंबानी की कंपनी उसी स्पेक्ट्रम और टावर पर कब्ज़ा कर रही है।
बैंकों से होने वाला मुनाफ़ा छिपा रहता है।
PSU बैंकों ने अंबानी ग्रुप को कितना लोन दिया, कितना NPA बना, कितना राइट ऑफ़ किया –
यह सब "कॉर्पोरेट कॉन्फिडेंशियलिटी" की आड़ में छिपा रहता है।
देश की गैस, देश का स्पेक्ट्रम, देश के बैंकों का पैसा...
सब अंबानी के पास जा रहा है।
और जो लोग उसे बचा रहे थे,
अब उसके बोर्ड में बैठकर मुनाफ़ा कमा रहे हैं।
यह "रिटायरमेंट के बाद की नौकरी" नहीं है।
यह एक रिवॉर्ड सिस्टम है।
देश के एसेट्स बचाने वालों को सज़ा मिलती है।
देश के एसेट्स बेचने वालों को अंबानी का बोर्ड सज़ा देता है।
अब समझ आया अंबानी इतने अमीर कैसे बने?
क्या देश के लोग देश बेचने वालों को सज़ा देंगे?

The Department of Personnel and Training has strengthened the cadre review framework through transparent monitoring, institutionalisation of the Cadre Review Calendar and regular consultations with Cadre Controlling Authorities (CCAs).
These reforms have contributed to a significant reduction in pending cadre reviews and streamlined the cadre review process across All India Services.
Key achievements:
* 60 cadre reviews of Central Group ‘A’ Services completed
* 117 cadre reviews of All India Services notified from 2014 till June 2026
* Simplification of instructions on Cadre Review and NFSG through two comprehensive Office Memoranda

Gujarat Deputy CM was seen roaming in Glasgow CWG arena like a champion of champions.
But the fact is that even after 31 years of BJP rule in Gujarat, the state contributes nothing to India's CWG or Olympics medal tally.
He was there just because Gujarat controls the cashflow of sports in India. PM Modi's partisan policies ensured that Gujarat gets the maximum share of central sports budget, maximum events hosting and maximum infra investment. Sadly inspite of all this, they are unable to produce even a single athelete who could compete at national levels, let alone the global stage.
CWG 2030 will be hosted in Ahemdabad, then Haryana & Punjab will sweat it out in the field and the Gujarati business community will do overtime on cash registers. ✌🏼
