One thing I’ve noticed about Web3 communities Getting people to engage you is easy. Getting them to stay is the hard part. If people leave the moment rewards disappear, you haven't built a community. You've built a crowd waiting to be paid. A real community is built on people who actually care about the project, not just the next airdrop.

Been away from Web3 for a minute, but it's good to be back. I've always been interested in the intersection of AI, Web3 and community building, and there's a lot happening in these spaces right now. I'll be sharing thoughts on AI, projects I'm exploring, community management and things worth paying attention to. Time to get back to building.

I’ve noticed that the more comfortable someone is with being playful, goofy and genuinely themselves, the more attractive they become. There’s something ridiculously magnetic about someone who knows how to have fun without trying too hard.

Let's talk about executive dysfunction in AuDHD burnout. Since burning out (I thought it was depression at the time), I've struggled–sometimes much–with being able to do daily tasks. I've tried making to-do lists but my mind goes blank, and if I do manage to, it doesn't get done because I just can't get up and start. I'm discovering that when it's bad, it means I need to rest and let myself stim for as long as needed. This is helping me so I thought I'd share. Maybe it could help others too?

My fiancé and I were about to sign the lease on our first apartment together. While he was in the bathroom, his wallet fell off the table, spilling its contents on the floor. Among his cards was a shiny keycard for an upscale apartment complex across town. The label on the back read: Resident Access — Unit 4B. When he walked back into the room, I held up the keycard. “What is Unit 4B?” I asked. He didn’t flinch or look guilty. He just reached out and took the card from my hand. “That’s where I live,” he said calmly. I stared at him, confused. “We’ve been living together at my place for two years.” He zipped his jacket and looked at me with complete indifference. “No, you’ve been…
