Yet again, lawsuits by female victims assaulted by males in the women’s prisons are ignored by Washington state Democrat legislators. @wa46dems @GerryPollet @SenValdez46th

Smug self-certitude is a powerful drug: someday we will all hail this man who went from placing 65th in the 500 meter dash as a man to winning the NCAA championship while competing against women as a great pioneering hero of the civil rights movement of the 21st century and praise the cohort of male athletes who followed in his wake to dominate women's sports as the vanguard of a beautiful future where no woman has a right to draw a boundary between herself and any man who claims to be a woman.
The Arc of History is long, but it bends toward 6'1" men stripping naked in the locker room next to women who are forbidden from expressing discomfort lest they be accused of hateful bigotry and have their livelihoods ruined by an army of vengeful fanatics who tell themselves they are the righteous for destroying the sexual function and fertility of confused children and deploying state power to punish women who want a refuge of bodily privacy away from men.
It's inevitable!

Fans of "gender identity" are freaking out about the ballot initiatives because deep down, everyone understands that if no boys are girls for the purpose of sports, no boys are girls for any other purpose either.
Oddly, even the ACLU's main "gender" lawyer understands this.
“People don't have to be afraid to take a pro female stance on this issue anymore. The outrage mob may try to sink their talons into anyone who does, but they've been declawed by the will of the people — who sliced right through the propaganda.”
My biggest takeaway from these protect-girls-sports measures getting through in Washington in Colorado? The public finally stuck it to the bullies. foxnews.com/outkick-sports/m…

HAPPENING NOW: Avoid downtown Seattle. The tranny marchers are holding up traffic.
They're crying about I-638 passing this week.
NEW: WA Democratic Party Chair Shasti Conrad says she will fight to overturn I-638 in court.
Conrad is now the greatest threat to REAL girls playing high school sports. @ShastiConrad

Now that @letsgowa's Initiative 638 is going to be law in Washington, a competence gap has been exposed in some medical practices.
If your daughter’s physician claims they do not currently know, and cannot determine, her biological sex from her medical history, existing records, or non-invasive means, and insists an invasive genital exam is required, that is inconsistent with standard practice and the initiative’s actual requirements. Girls: ‘We want fairness in our sports’.
Democratic leadership: ‘We’re going to court to stop it’.

LGW Founder tonight: "This is a victory for girls like Frances, Ahnaleigh, Sadie, Bayley, Charlie, Sierra, and countless others who have been told time and again by the majority party that their voices and opportunities don’t matter."

Every woman deserves a bathroom without men in it.
Every woman deserves a locker room without men in it.
Every woman deserves a shower without men in it.
Every woman deserves women’s sports without men competing in them.

For years, Washington's Human Rights Commission went after a small Korean spa in Lynnwood.
It all started with a 2020 complaint from Haven Wilvich.
The spa's crime? Keeping men with male bodies out of the women's nude area. A place where girls as young as 13 bathe.
The state found them guilty of discrimination. Made them scrub "biological women" off their website. Sent them to training. Fought them all the way to the Ninth Circuit.
Now the spa is at the Supreme Court. And all of a sudden, the commission blinked.
In an emergency vote, no public comment, after a closed-door session, they changed the rule. Nude spaces can now go by "genital characteristics."
Their words, not mine: "a narrow change to address pending litigation."
Translation: they knew they'd lose.
Every woman in this state already knew the answer. It took a lawsuit, a family business and years of fighting to drag Olympia to common sense.
So if you have to take it to the Supreme Court just to keep men out of a women's spa, what do you think happens to your daughter's locker room and her spot on the team?
Vote YES on I-638. Drop boxes close at 8 PM tonight. Not 8:01.
I agree!
If you have not voted and plan on sitting this one out, I have a compromise;
Vote YES for all 3 of the initiatives
And vote for these Supreme Court seats:
*Scott Edwards
*David Stevens
*Sean O'Donnell
*Dave Larson
*Todd Bloom
If you are SnoCo, vote YES on all 5 Charter Amendments.
Everything else on the ballot is second to those races above, and many people simply wrote in Jimothy.
Ballots can be turned in up to 8pm tonight.

This brief interview is an excellent example of how to handle the questions of a Trans Activist, as relating to boys playing in girls’ sports.
NEW: California attorney Julie Hamill corrects CNN's Brianna Keilar after she tried calling biological male track athlete AB Hernandez a girl.
Keilar was very confused during the interview & struggled to keep up.
Keilar: What would make this fair for her to compete?
Hamill: Who is her?
Keilar: AB.
Hamill: Okay. AB Hernandez is a male who identifies as a female. What would be fair is to have Hernandez competing in the male category.
@hamill_law sounds like she's talking to someone in middle school.
