Smug self-certitude is a powerful drug: someday we will all hail this man who went from placing 65th in the 500 meter dash as a man to winning the NCAA championship while competing against women as a great pioneering hero of the civil rights movement of the 21st century and praise the cohort of male athletes who followed in his wake to dominate women's sports as the vanguard of a beautiful future where no woman has a right to draw a boundary between herself and any man who claims to be a woman. The Arc of History is long, but it bends toward 6'1" men stripping naked in the locker room next to women who are forbidden from expressing discomfort lest they be accused of hateful bigotry and have their livelihoods ruined by an army of vengeful fanatics who tell themselves they are the righteous for destroying the sexual function and fertility of confused children and deploying state power to punish women who want a refuge of bodily privacy away from men. It's inevitable!
It may take a long while, but the public is going to come around on transgender participation in sports eventually, and the issue is the last redoubt of a broader campaign against transgender identity that has mostly failed.

Fans of "gender identity" are freaking out about the ballot initiatives because deep down, everyone understands that if no boys are girls for the purpose of sports, no boys are girls for any other purpose either. Oddly, even the ACLU's main "gender" lawyer understands this.

Now that @letsgowa's Initiative 638 is going to be law in Washington, a competence gap has been exposed in some medical practices. If your daughter’s physician claims they do not currently know, and cannot determine, her biological sex from her medical history, existing records, or non-invasive means, and insists an invasive genital exam is required, that is inconsistent with standard practice and the initiative’s actual requirements. Every woman deserves a bathroom without men in it. Every woman deserves a locker room without men in it. Every woman deserves a shower without men in it. Every woman deserves women’s sports without men competing in them.

For years, Washington's Human Rights Commission went after a small Korean spa in Lynnwood. It all started with a 2020 complaint from Haven Wilvich. The spa's crime? Keeping men with male bodies out of the women's nude area. A place where girls as young as 13 bathe. The state found them guilty of discrimination. Made them scrub "biological women" off their website. Sent them to training. Fought them all the way to the Ninth Circuit. Now the spa is at the Supreme Court. And all of a sudden, the commission blinked. In an emergency vote, no public comment, after a closed-door session, they changed the rule. Nude spaces can now go by "genital characteristics." Their words, not mine: "a narrow change to address pending litigation." Translation: they knew they'd lose. Every woman in this state already knew the answer. It took a lawsuit, a family business and years of fighting to drag Olympia to common sense. So if you have to take it to the Supreme Court just to keep men out of a women's spa, what do you think happens to your daughter's locker room and her spot on the team? Vote YES on I-638. Drop boxes close at 8 PM tonight. Not 8:01.

Perfect assessment of Abdul.
Abdul El Sayed thinks only a woman's husband can see her hair, but it's ok for a girl to see dicks in the school locker room. I'm not trying to be a bigot, im just genuinely confused.

This brief interview is an excellent example of how to handle the questions of a Trans Activist, as relating to boys playing in girls’ sports.
NEW: California attorney Julie Hamill corrects CNN's Brianna Keilar after she tried calling biological male track athlete AB Hernandez a girl. Keilar was very confused during the interview & struggled to keep up. Keilar: What would make this fair for her to compete? Hamill: Who is her? Keilar: AB. Hamill: Okay. AB Hernandez is a male who identifies as a female. What would be fair is to have Hernandez competing in the male category. @hamill_law sounds like she's talking to someone in middle school.

Washington parents! Your ballots are due Tuesday. 638 protects girls' sports and 001 restores your right to see the curriculum, get your child's school records, and know about medical services at school. Vote YES on both. 🇺🇸
Today the male Camas cross-country runner secured his spot to state, stealing it from a girl. We can either fight to protect the boy, or fight to protect the girls the spots were created for. We have to choose. Vote YES on 638. Do it for the girls. Do it for common sense.

Both were supported close to 50% or more by Democrats and Independents. It's not partisan to give parents access to information about their kids or keep boys out of girls' sports.
Parenting in a polarized environment is even harder, but two initiatives on November’s ballot concerning our children are nonpartisan: parents’ rights (I-001) and girls’ sports (I-638) are supported by Democrats for an Informed Approach to Gender.

A 4th grade teacher who works with a school "Rainbow Club" calls Washington's initiatives "really scary, not just for trans kids but for cis girls as well." Protecting girls' sports is "scary"? 3 days before the vote, parents should hear this. teapaw.org/iAnonPatriot/status/21…
A 4th grade teacher in Washington says the kids in his rainbow club are SCARED and he's voting NO on every initiative on the ballot.. The "scary" initiatives: one says girls' school sports are for girls, with a doctor's note to verify. The other restores the Parents' Bill of Rights, which includes notice BEFORE their kid gets medical services at school. The campaign behind them polled the sports one at 56%, with 48% of Democrats saying yes. Funny how the adults keeping 9 year olds terrified are the same ones who say they're protecting them — these people shouldn’t be anywhere near kids.
