Name this dog! She's a 5 month old husky mix that's about to become a foster fail. The shelter called her Mary, but we think she needs a better name.
Ummm

No wonder Brent Taylor wants to be a Congessman. TN - let's send someone who wants to work to Congress! @Justinjpearson
Hey, TN! Send some working representatives to Congress! @chazmolder @Justinjpearson and Heidi Kuhn!
Leave Carl alone! He photographs birds and wildlife and shares them with us!
I'm currently the subject of what's known on social media as a 'pile-on'
(Others may refer to it as bullying.)
My crime?
I posted photos & videos of Hedgehogs visiting my garden! 😱
As a result, I'm being accused of all sorts, from using my Hedgehogs for monetization, to not caring about wild animals. 🙄
I don't need to explain myself to my loyal followers who know the truth and understand totally my character and motivations.
Thank you to those defending me, it's greatly appreciated. 🙏🤗
To everyone else (mainly the followers of @HedgehogCabin) you really don't need to be so nasty.
You don't need to tell me how disappointed you are in me or advertise that you're unfollowing.
I will keep my eyes on the visiting Hedgehogs. If they show other signs of illness, if they come out during the day, if they stop eating.. anything, I will get them to our vets (our local wildlife rescue will not take Hedgehogs that haven't been looked over by a vet first... I know this as I've taken Hedgehogs to them in the past that I was concerned about, even though I don't care about animals apparently...)
In the meantime, I'll keep feeding them, keep putting water out for them and won't unnecessarily stress them out by catching, handling and taking them to an alien environment.
By the way, this particular Hedgehog broke out from its biscuit meal to very nimbly and efficiently catch and eat a passing moth! Something I'd never seen before... but a pretty good indicator that its not actually, in fact, close to death.
As for monetization, I make very small amounts, and it's all declared and added to my income as part of my little business. I do it for the love... I've been sharing my wildlife photography and experiences here for 11 years, in exactly the same way as I do now. I don't need or want to do or say anything controversial at all, the one sure way of earning more here.... my account is about the least offensive account you could possibly find on Twitter! 🐦🦔❤️
Happy Pride Month!
This is Bodie. His presence indicates the beginning of Pride Month. May his whimsy and steadfastness bring joy and confidence to all. 14/10 the parade starts right behind him 🌈🐾

ALT a golden retriever puppy on a bright pink rope leash prances through some tall grass. he’s wearing a brightly patterned bandana around his neck and is carrying a miniature six-stripe pride flag in his mouth. his front right paw is raised mid-stride, like he’s ready to hop into a pride parade at any second.
"The ultimate tribute for the ultimate sacrifice "
Generation after generation, men and women put on the uniform knowing the risk — and went anyway knowing they might not come home. Knowing their families would carry that for the rest of their lives.
To the families still carrying that weight — I see you. The pain doesn’t go away, but neither does the pride.
Freedom has never been guaranteed. It has to be earned, defended, and sometimes paid for in the hardest way imaginable. Today on Memorial Day, we stop, we slow down, and we remember those who did.
We honor them.
We thank them.
And we work hard to live up to what they died for. Keep the democracy they believed in worth believing in. That is the ultimate tribute for their sacrifice.
