Pete Hegseth and every politically active conservative pastor has been parading around claiming it’s biblically justified to put the death of a man in public spaces where children could watch and see. For all of them, imagine how little their moral foundation is if a man, like Trump, has stepped in to do the actual moral thing of cancelling any live-streaming of the execution. American evangelicalism is in a bad place.

In West Africa, we met men and women deported last month from the U.S.
None of them were from Africa.
They hailed from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Venezuela.
Nearly a month after a U.S. deportation flight brought migrants from countries including Venezuela, Honduras and Colombia to Liberia, @camiloreports spoke with some of those now stranded in the West African country. Several said they had never heard of Liberia before arriving there and did not know where they were being taken until they landed.
