New feature is Opt-out. Your responsibility to ensure your data isn't used by #Google, #Microsoft , #Meta, #openAI and who not. Extremely dangerous. How to read Terms of Legal Use and Services of 100s of pages and understand? User privacy was and is a myth.

Can someone explain this in English?
Having worked closely with Ratan Tata earlier, being aware of his legacy and not only knowing personally all the principal actors on both sides in the current so called Tata dispute but also having deep, genuine and abiding respect for and excellent equations with all of them, my first reaction, as I enter the fray as the lead lawyer for one side, is one of sadness and regret that these issues could not be solved amicably. But in the ultimate analysis, fundamental rights of shareholder-owners cannot be nullified in the manner in which they have been. To stultify shareholder ownership rights would spell doomsday for corporate governance across hundreds of Indian companies. To stymie democratic intra Trust decision-making by Tata Trusts by putting a sudden and completely unwarranted fetter on even their covening for a meeting is another matter of patent legality. Rupturing the over hundred years of Tata Trust and Tata Sons established hyphenated relationship and divorcing one from the other seems unthinkable. Ignoring the unvarying precondition of Trust unanimity in voting & the clear veto in provisions applied without cavil for decades appears patently unjustified. Sadly, the Supreme Court judgement in Tata- Mistry which clearly gave Tata Trusts primacy in the relationship with Tata Sons, upheld the special Articles in this regard in the Tata Sons articles and spoke of the fiduciary duty to millions of Indians, seems to have been selectively forgotten. Unfortunately, in the absence of collegiality and conviviality, these and many other related issues can only have legal solutions.

Things that happen every year.
1. Similar iPhone will be launched at a higher price tag.
2. One person will go and stand in line and get the first one.
3. One person will say he sold gold/land/car to buy iPhone.
4. Kidney and liver jokes will come.
5. Fund manager will come and say that premium consumption is the theme to play, people will buy iPhone on EMI because of aspirational quotient and he will take bet on loan manufacturers like Bajaj Finance.
Same script, every damn year.

🚨 Tukaram Munde's FDA exposes daylight robbery in healthcare?🔥🔥
After restaurants,
Tukaram Munde goes after corruption at private hospitals,
Private hospitals are engaging in serious profiteering from medicines and consumable items:-
An IV set bought for ₹11.05 was billed to a patient at ₹325.
That’s a 2,841% markup.
And the Maharashtra FDA has found other shocking gaps too:
Catheter:₹29.41 → ₹310
IV set:₹11.05 → ₹325.
Under FDA chief Tukaram Mundhe,
Authorities are now examining these massive markups and possible measures to control them.
Patients often have no idea what hospitals actually paid for these consumables.
They simply get the bill.
One of the biggest reasons why Healthcare inflation is at 14% is that hospitals are charging crazily,
Private hospitals have no right to loot patients this way. There should be strict action on hospitals, including cancellation of licenses for repeated defaulters.
Patients shouldn’t also have to pay thousands of percent markups on basic medical devices.
It just makes quality healthcare unaffordable for the middle class.
Transparency in hospital billing is long overdue
