I feel so privileged that today, I was dealing with someone who reports directly to Jeff Bezos and that I wasn't able to speak to someone more senior about the quality of service received (again). @AmazonHelp @AmazonUK Any chance I can grab a coffee with Mr Bezos himself? TIA
