Utd allowed Amorim to slam players, legends and the kids but as soon as he criticized Wilcox, he was sacked. Letβs see the coward sack a World Cup winner.

Don't get caught in the marketing trap. They are not the same.
Protein Per 100g
Greek yogurt -6g
Greek style - 2.7g
Over double the protein per serving. Be careful which one you pick up. Make sure it's authentic.

This is my 71 plate Tesla model 3.
I pay Β£300 per month on a HP finance. (I'll fully own the car at the end)
A single charge for 250 miles range is about Β£4.
I'm spending less than Β£30 per month on electric currently.
People keep telling me to stop paying car finance and just run a banger until it dies to save money...to these people...
How much do you spend on petrol/diesel per month in your old banger?
I bet in most cases it's more than my car finance and charging costs combined π€·

This is what my gym is projected to take from gym membership payments for September. This is from 146 active direct debits.
We are currently averaging a 17% failure rate. Most being due to insufficient funds in the members account. I get charged for each failure.
I find out how much the system successfully takes on 2nd September.
Let's see what it collects. Im expecting a big drop going off previous Septembers. Hope I'm wrong.

Coffee machine appreciation post...the best Β£400 I've ever spent.
It's there for me every morning, it never lets me down. It's saved me a fortune in Starbucks trips. It's simple and effective, low maintenance, easy to clean.
If you don't have a bean to cup machine you seriously need to think about investing. You will never look back.
Never settle for cheap coffee, your worth more than that.

Today we got brave and took the three kids to the Trafford Centre.
We just wanted to feel a little normality as it's so hard taking them anywhere at the moment.
We lasted about an hour until my little lad had a huge tantrum because I wouldn't let him run off on his own...sat on the floor screaming... People staring at us like we were doing something wrong π.
We ended up going home. π€·
It was fun while it lasted...baby steps π

Me and my fiance have to put Β£3k per month in our joint account to cover our bills. Not including food.
I'm 37 and in the last 18 months iv learnt how to trade on the stock market, delivered for just eat/Uber eats, got my taxi licence and started working for Uber and now get paid to post on X. This is all on top of running a business.
Life is expensive, dont sit there complaining, nobody is coming to save you. Get off your arse, learn a skill, earn abit extra. You will feel alot better about your life π€·

Never buy a leasehold property!
This was our apartment block where we bought our first property. Shortly after moving in we were told building works were needed to replace a supporting wall. The bill was to be covered by all of the leaseholders.
Each property owner was billed Β£15,000 each.
No way out. No hiding from it. Pay now or debt recovery would start. That's what the management company told us. We got legal advice and they said to pay it...you cant win.
We borrowed money from parents to pay..which we are still paying back monthly.
Never again! Just don't do it.

What happend to my gym during COVID....
This week I shared the story of the gym I own currently and the gym when I first opened (below).
We had been open about 4 years when COVID started. The pubs/restaurants and gyms were the first to close. This was about a week before full lockdown. It was absolutely devastating to us.
We were an In person business and we had to stop immediately. Like many businesses we completely stopped bringing in any money. All the PTs that's paid me rent to use my facility stopped paying. They all moved all their clients to zoom and worked from home instead. I also did this but only about 30% of my clients moved over.
I still had to pay our landlord, we racked up about 4 months worth of dept. Luckily we were able to claim a small grant. This pretty much cleared the dept but didn't come close to covering our loss of earnings.
Luckily we only owned a small flat at the time. So we managed to cover personal bills via my partners wage but it was a struggle.
After a few months we were allowed to train in person again but outdoor only. The gym had a small car park that we used. Id just pull equipment outside from the gym and put it back in after. We had the police constantly watching us so we couldn't get away with anything. It was terrible and not alot of clients came back to outdoor train.
We were eventually allowed back inside and we tried to pick the business back up, but it was so hard. Once clients stop personal training it's incredibly hard to get them back in. The knock on effect was awful. We struggled until the about October 2020..so 6 months after.
Then I got the news that the landlord was selling the building. It was to be knocked down to build affordable housing. At this point I decided to completely close the gym and in December 2020 we went into another lockdown..it was over.
The worst thing was I lived across the road from the gym. I actually saw them demolish the building. It was a hard watch.
I still had personal training clients so I PT'd in various places for about 12 months..then I was presented with an opportunity that resulted in me opening my gym I own today.
I finish the story in another post ππͺ
