Lots of people asking me about this thread already, I think it’s unfortunate that Yuga is mixing up “IP” and “commercial rights” in their messaging as a lot of punk owners don’t understand the difference and it just causes drama in the community. A quick 🧵
While Yuga’s not directly involved in the collaboration between @dt_chain, @TiffanyAndCo & @alexarnault, it’s a great example of the types of things Punks holders will be able to do with the IP licensing agreement, which we intend to release on 8/15. See 🧵 for license details.

When you buy a domain from the secondary market, the ownership gets transferred over, but not the record addresses.
This means, that if you were to receive transactions to the new name, it'll go to the previous owner.
