Superteams are Solana’s Navy SEALs. We do the groundwork, execute what is required, often quietly, without recognition or ceremony, and then move on, ready for the next mission. In our first year at @SuperteamNG, we prioritised building a strong contributor network. At that stage of our growth, talent and community didn’t exist at scale, so we had to build them from scratch. In our second year, we shifted focus to founders and applications. We saw breakout products such as Evolution, NectarFi and Azza process their first $1 million on Solana, while more established platforms, including Bayse Markets and Raenest, integrated the network into their product stacks. We also worked on African market penetration for global multibillion-dollar products like Solflare, Jupiter, Redot, Backpack and Meteora. In our third year, the focus has evolved towards internet capital markets. More mature platforms, including Asset Base (Hisa & Rise), Roqqu, GetEquity and others, are now integrating Solana to offer access to global stocks and tokenised assets, while NectarFi continues to fly the ICM flag. The role is constantly changing, and the responsibilities keep evolving. But what makes me proudest is that, at every stage, we have stepped up, taken ownership and built what the ecosystem/market needed next.

12 weeks. 1 developer. 1 product. Live on Cardano mainnet. πŸŽ‰ This was not easy. We started with a simple idea β€” what if people could trade skills instead of paying for them? What ended up being built was a full peer-to-peer exchange platform with real-time encrypted messaging, on-chain proof anchoring, CIP-8 wallet authentication, and a 2 ADA fee system with automatic refunds. All of it live. All of it working. The challenges were real πŸ‘‡ Socket.io would not work with Next.js 16 on Vercel. We had to scrap it mid-build and pivot to Pusher and Ably under deadline pressure. MeshJS broke the entire dev server due to a libsodium conflict. Switched libraries, kept moving. Schema drift between what we designed and what was actually in the database caused hours of debugging. Wallet signature verification started as a stub. We had to go back and implement real CIP-8 cryptographic verification before going to testnet. But we shipped. Every single week. 12 posts. 12 weeks. No misses. Massive appreciation to @gimbalabs and @Cardano_CF for creating a hackathon that rewards consistent builders over flashy pitches. This format pushed us to actually finish something. And to everyone who tested, gave feedback, and swapped skills with us during testnet β€” thank you. You made the product real.
