Dems don't understand the actions of their policies: Tucson’s higher minimum wage and Arizona’s new arbitrary stricter hen housing rules. Add insect-borne citrus disease squeezing orange supplies and blaming Trump for a breakfast receipt isn’t economic analysis.
Now you're concerned about whom a business selects for its legal representation? Should that business not have legal representation at all or will the city require it to have inferior representation?
Arizona's largest law firm, Snell & Wilmer, is suing Phoenix on behalf of its data center client, WBR, over the City’s ability to protect neighborhoods from the negative impacts of data centers. Today, we won an important partial victory in the case.
There’s more work to do, but Phoenix will continue to work to protect our residents and ensure that when data centers are built, it’s done safely.
We’ve lost the middle class.
The forever K is here...
1. Food banks have record demand. Michelin tables have never been harder to book.
2. Robotaxis and AI made chauffeurs and assistants almost free. So status moved to what software can't make: a $180M Van Gogh hits Sotheby's next month.
3. Ten stocks are 40% of the S&P 500. The other 490 are along for the ride.
4. Homes under $1M are a buyer's market. Over $5M, it's a seller's market.
5. Delta now makes more from the front of the plane than the back.
6. Spirit is dead. Private jet flights just hit an all-time high.
7. Hotels are either Motel 6 or the Four Seasons. Marriott is the new Motel 6.
8. Subprime auto delinquencies are at a record. Porsche wants to be Ferrari.
9. Applebee's is running ads saying it's cheaper than McDonald's.
10. Chipotle gave up on everyone under $100K and kept the $20 burrito crowd.
Let me explain reality… if you have but sixty seconds:
They were targeting Elon
They were targeting him with fake charges because the socialist-industrial complex is terrified that he would expose their long grift.
They came after him for the Model 3 and Elon’s claims around its potential.
That potential was realized, and it became, along with the Model Y, the best-selling electric vehicle ever created.
These were fake charges to try to stop somebody from building the best category-defining product.
Let that sink in: that's how evil these motherfuckers are.
The loooooong grift has been exposed: socialist grifters are stealing our tax dollars to fund fringe lunacy, NGOs and government programs without oversight or audits.
They’re parasites incapable of creating any product or service that has to compete in the open market.
Elon creates a couple of cutting-edge products each year, and half of them succeed.
Some of them actually change the world. Some of them fail brutally.
It's called capitalism. It's called creation.
This is what moves the human condition forward: trying things.
Trying really hard things.
Socialists come for the people building valuable products and services — that’s the tell
Keep your eye out for the people who've created nothing and risked nothing, but who are attacking the people who risk everything to create Something.
That's the tell.

God this video is embarrassing.
@KatieHobbs can't string four words together. This is who Arizona is stuck with at the negotiating table? Completely and utterly unqualified for this job

"I don't want flying cars. I want raw nature and real human connection."
Brother…
YOU are CURRENTLY SELLING $50 worth of protein bars that were not foraged, not hunted, and not hand-pressed by a village elder at dawn but manufactured in a FACILITY on a production line powered by the electrical grid, sealed in plastic made from petroleum pumped out of the earth by giant drills, boxed, labeled, barcoded, and scanned into an inventory system running on servers cooled by industrial AC units humming 24/7, then loaded onto a DIESEL TRUCK that hauls them down an interstate bulldozed straight through the exact wilderness you want to get lost in (you will not get lost, there is a Buc-ee's), dumped into a sorting hub full of conveyor belts and robotic arms and lasers, thrown onto ANOTHER truck, handed to a mail carrier idling in a van in a cul-de-sac, and dropped on a porch in a cardboard box that gets ripped open in four seconds and tossed in the recycling, all so someone can eat a bar they bought on a phone with a credit card processed in 0.3 seconds by a bank mainframe and then YOU logged on to tell the rest of us technology doesn't make anyone happy, when it's clearly making YOU very happy, and the second someone figures out drone delivery you'll be first in line with your logo on the propellers, so no, you're not a troglodyte, because troglodytes never offered free shipping on orders over $75.
I don't want flying cars.
I want rivers and ocean I can swim in with friends.
I want food that isn't full of toxic chemicals and clean soil to grow it in.
I want raw nature and wilderness and places on the earth I can get lost without seeing another human.
I want air that isn't "geoengineered" and polluted.
Science is cool. Technological advancement is cool, but I don't think this makes us happier as humans.
Real human connection and clean, natural food lead to happiness. This I know. Flying cars? I'm not sure.
Maybe I am a troglodyte...

If you want to understand why healthcare is so expensive, I'd start with a Supreme Court case about teeth whitening.
Around 2003, spas and small kiosks in North Carolina were offering teeth whitening for a fraction of what dentists charge.
So dentists complained to the state dental board. That dental board looks like this:
- 6 of 8 are practicing dentists, elected by other dentists
- 8 of the 10 who sat on the board during this period earned substantial fees from whitening
The board sent 47+ cease-and-desist letters, warning non-dentists that they're committing a crime by practicing dentistry without a license. The board also sent letters to mall operators, advising them to expel whitening kiosks.
All this worked! These kiosks shut down, prices stayed high, dentists stayed happy.
Regulatory capture like this exists all over in healthcare. What makes this case notable is that someone actually sued the NC dental board, in a case that went all the way to the supreme court.
In a 6-3 ruling, the SC ruled that if a board is run by those who participate in the market without proper supervision - that looks like a cartel, therefore, antitrust law applies.
I have to believe there are so many other potential cases like this in healthcare, just waiting to be pressed on. I'd love to see more of this.
Hs my full support.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has recommended — and President Donald J. Trump has approved — death by U.S. Army firing squad for convicted terrorist Nidal Malik Hasan, the jihadist who opened fire on unarmed American soldiers at Fort Hood in 2009. He killed 13 people and wounded 32 others while shouting “Allahu Akbar” during the attack.
The Secretary of the Army will set the time and place of the execution. Judgement day for Hasan has finally come.
The Club is doing amazing work in Arizona!
The 6th Annual Keep AZ Free Summit was an incredible day.
From Gov. @RonDeSantis, @andybiggs4az , @JamesTHarris, @ScotMussi , @Darla4freedom, to the Arizona Free Enterprise Club team, our policy experts, coalition partners, members, and grassroots supporters, this year’s Summit brought together the entire Keep AZ Free community under one roof.
But the best part of the Summit has always been you: our grassroots and our members. The people who show up, stay involved, bring their families, and make this community what it is.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and everyone who helped make the 6th Annual Summit possible.
Now the goal is simple: next year, we make it even bigger.
More people. More energy. More of the Keep AZ Free family together in one room.

At the gym tonight, there just so happened to be about 8 high school guys in the sauna.
The entire 15 minutes I was in there with them, the entire conversation was about Kalshi, Draftkings, and how the entire school is hooked.
How they get gambling tips from TikTok, what kids are losing the most, who is taking the most money from their parents to gamble, how they sneak their parents identity to get around age limits, etc...
Not to sound like that guy looking down on the younger generation but I had no idea how bad the online gambling situation was.
This isn't the first time either. Anytime I'm around high school kids, all they talk about is sports and gambling.
These online platforms really have that generation hooked and it's not going to lead to a good outcome.

3 other myths about noncitizen voting were shattered yesterday in the Maricopa County investigation.
Myth 1: "It's always Democrats!"
The limited evidence we have of noncitizens voting does not support this claim.
Yesterday, of the 8 people found in Maricopa County to be noncitizens who voted in a past election...
5 = No party designation
2 = Registered Republican
1 = Registered Democrat
Myth 2: "They all are voting in the same election."
Again, nationwide, the evidence does not support this, and neither did it yesterday in Maricopa County.
As you can see from the graph below, of the 8, they voted inconsistently and over a span of 13 years. Only 3 of the 8 voted in the 2020 general election.
Myth 3: "They all have criminal intent."
One of the 8 voters identified yesterday had checked in his 2012 registration that he was NOT a citizen.
But because of a clerical error, he got registered.
And 7 of the 8 were the result of the faulty connection between the Motor Vehicle Division and the Secretary's Office.
Similar story in New Jersey.
.......................
And, of course, the biggest myth is that this is happening en masse.
