House Republicans spent their first two weeks taking 15 Speaker votes, planning cuts to Social Security & Medicare, and using gas stoves as a weird political football.

In 2013, RNG sent FOIA requests under various state “Born Alive” laws, and we got responses from 38 attorneys general.
Not one response suggested any attorney general has ever had any cause to prosecute a physician for delivering and then killing a newborn. It isn’t happening.

These bills presuppose that providers are murdering infants willy-nilly.
