It is time to take the fight to the people
Oregonians rejected the transportation tax hikes - and on Tuesday returned to power the very politicians who passed them.
There’s a lesson in that: a vote for a politician is not an endorsement of every policy they support. On a clear question, Oregonians can agree across party lines—even when they disagree about candidates. That’s why taking reforms directly to the people can succeed where elections leave us stuck.
We’ve already done it. Now we need to build on it.
That’s why we’re building Oregon Freedom Coalition. Our goal is to build the largest grassroots movement in Oregon history - to push back against a legislature that acts against the people’s interests and put power back in their hands.
We’ll bring practical reforms to Salem and give legislators the chance to act. If they refuse, we’ll organize to take those reforms directly to the people.
Challenge harmful laws. Advance better ones. Build an organization that stays ready after the ballots are counted.
I chose Oregon to raise my family and build my business. This is home. I’m not giving up on it.
Stay in this with me.

This is our path forward, folks. Join me and thousands of other Oregonians to become the grassroots machine against Dem supermajority Salem.
40+ years of failed progressive experimentation has left our beautiful state in decay. Enough is enough.
Join Oregon Freedom Coalition as we work together to build a better Oregon: strong, united, and free.

Oregon is still worth fighting for.
Don’t give up. Don’t hang your head.
There’s an entire generation depending on us.
Don’t let them win.
A message of Gratitude.
The voters have made their voices heard and while the outcome was not what we had hoped for, I respect the process and the voice of the voters.
I wish to extend my congratulations to my opponent, Mark Meek on his reelection. I wish him the best as he takes on the responsibility of representing all of District 20.
To everyone that stood by me, volunteering, donating, knocking on doors, putting up and hosting yard signs, shared all the social media, made phone calls and texts, and most of all encouraging me on this journey for the past year,
Thank You!!!
There are not enough words to express just how grateful I am for your support and belief in this campaign. A special thank you to Senator Bruce Starr and Senator Bonham for seeing the authentic leader that I am and teaching me along the journey. To my campaign committee, Bryan, Keri, and 5 Seasons Media, I thank you for your direction, long meetings and my constant what’s next for me to do? We had fun and I learned so much.
To my closest volunteers, Kurt and Angela for doing all the things, with smiles and all the doors we knocked !
I entered this race because I believe Oregon deserves thoughtful leadership, accountability and balance. I believed our voices deserved to be heard in Salem, and I still believe this today.
Although I am not headed to the Oregon Senate in January, my commitment to my community, the families, and the children does not end tonight.
This campaign was about much more than winning. It was about standing up, speaking out and reminding Oregonians that your voice matters!
I am proud of the campaign we ran, and I am proud of the most incredible people I got to meet and build relationships with, and
I am grateful for every single person that became a part of this journey.
The election may be over,
But my passion for serving others and making a difference is not. I am sticking around!
With a full heart and sincere gratitude,
Michele Stroh

Who we send to Salem will determine whether Oregon remains unaffordable, whether our schools remain the worst in the country, whether we keep a data center out of our community, and whether we address our public safety crisis.
I don't care if you're a Republican, Democrat, Independent, or Nonaffiliated voter. I'm running to serve all my neighbors and fight for a state that's better for all.
I humbly ask for your vote on November 3rd so we can bring the change our state so desperately needs.

Running a child care center and serving on the school board have taught me that every dollar we invest in education matters. 👇 #VoteStroh
Our tax dollars should support programs that set our kids up for success, not just please the special interests.
Let's fix our failing schools by voting for Michele Stroh on November 3rd.

Here is something I'm truly afraid of... 👇 #VoteStroh
Our kids and grandkids can no longer afford to live in Oregon and families are moving away at record rates.
I want Oregon to be a state where we can all afford to live and thrive again.
Please join me in the fight to make Oregon affordable by voting for Michele Stroh on November 3rd.

Daimler closes truck manufacturing plant in north Portland; Lays off 375 workers.
A truck manufacturing plant in northwest Portland closed for good on Friday, laying off almost 400 workers.
Daimler Truck North America made the announcement in July, saying 375 positions would be eliminated.
In July, the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers union issued a statement in response:
“Our employer’s decision to leave the Portland area does not remove the heart and soul that our members have put into their work at Daimler. And the IAM will support and fight for our members regardless of any decision their employer makes.”
Daimler Truck will shut Portland factory, lay off 375 and move production to the East Coast
River point medical going to announce next week moving 200 jobs from district 2 to Clark county. $175k avg salary.
We just lost 575 jobs and $115M+ annually in wages in portland.
Unfortunately, that's only part of the story.
When you include local suppliers, Daimler's decision will wipe out more than 1,200 Living Wage jobs.
And that's just the beginning.
Every lost job means less spending in local shops, cafés, restaurants, and services, putting even more small businesses and jobs at risk.
This isn't an isolated setback—it's the predictable outcome of years of anti-business policies from the DSA government that have made Portland a less attractive place to invest, expand, and create high-quality jobs.
Investment goes where it's welcome, and right now Portland is sending the opposite message.
The government needs to change direction immediately.
If it doesn't, the economic doom loop of lost investment, lost jobs, and declining local economies will only accelerate—and it will become far harder to reverse.
This due to high crime, high taxes, failing schools, high Utilty cost and anti business City and State.
Blazers are next.
DSA can’t defend their failed policies that are destroying quality of life in Portland and growing poverty and misery for all Portlanders.

Do you think we should have a say before Mark "Monopoly" Meek moves forward with plans to put a data center in our community? 👇 #VoteStroh
As your next state senator, I'll stop Mark's plans because I believe our community deserves transparency, and only voters should decide if a power-sucking data center is right for us.

It's time to bury the politics of the past and put Oregon first! 💪 #VoteStroh

When I meet new neighbors on the campaign trail, I'm asked all the time, "Why are you running for State Senate?" 👇 #VoteStroh
Here's one big reason: I lost my son, Keaton, to a fake pill, and I don't want any other mom or dad to experience what my family did.
I've turned my pain into purpose and led the effort in Oregon to ensure there are new programs across the state that are making our communities safer.
We've made incredible progress, but there's more work to do.
With your support on November 3rd, we can make public safety a top priority again and save lives.

A Kotek second term will include:
-Raising Gas taxes/DMV fees
-Implementing Tolls
-Some form of wealth tax
-No repeal/reform of the death tax
-More business closures
-More school closures
-High homeless and substance abuse rates
-Unaffordable housing
That’s the future.

I have!
Oregon families need relief from rising costs now more than ever, but all political insiders are doing is raising our taxes and wasting our money.
