Admittedly a lot of the rocket talk went over my head (no pun intended), but Jeff's comments re entrepreneurship and business mgmt were v good.
I took a few notes:
- the importance of seeking truth, and if the data and anecdotes don't agree favor the anecdotes
- a few mtg best practices: having the most junior person speak first, and why compromise is the lazy / worst outcome
- more background on the famous 6 page memo to start meetings and how PPTs are designed to be easy for authors and hard for consumers, and his memo is the opposite
