Perhaps no announcement by the expected usual time points to a much more complicated set of decisions and changes. #mufc

The right man for the job but “Wilcox” and “Jim” dont want someone who wont be their shield in press conferences
To be clear about Antonio Conte. He’s never been a fan of joining clubs during the season as it’s not in his style - the only club right now that could change Antonio's mind is Manchester United 🔴 #MUFC
Still no official talks. Depends of Solskjær situation - matter of respect.

I know we’re pie-in-the-skying here but there is a gentleman who can work with Conte, can work exceedingly well on a budget and know when to move players on. He’s built multiple Scudetto winning sides. Beppe Marotta

I could not agree more. For all Ratcliffe’s desires for Prem proven, is a Prem winning manager in Conte, who is also consistently proven to be an elite coach elsewhere, not EXACTLY what he wants?

Of available options for #mufc, Conte is most logical but no direct approach and suspect club aren’t brave enough to go for him. If Eddie Howe was still at Newcastle, United would not be in for him. Shouldn’t be considered just because he’s available. Ditto Nagelsmann.

If Manchester United move on from Michael Carrick, there are plenty of sensible options for a club who are in desperate need of one.
But if the people who make the decisions at Manchester United reject Antonio Conte as their next head coach because he can be unpleasant to work with, then it says much more about them than it does him.

Conte is my choice, this lot need a rude awakening, if the initial chaos leads to stabilisation then just go for it.
The fans see through the antics more clearly than ever, a disciplinarian who has experience in the league and has a winners medal as a coach is probably needed.

Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox have reported to Carrington this morning for crisis talks over Michael Carrick’s future. The outcome feels inevitable #mufc

Antonio Conte started the Juventus winning era. He started the Inter winning era. He won with Chelsea and he recently won with Napoli. He makes teams win again.
There’s no question about it, he should be the one given the chance to turn this around 🇮🇹

Bruno Fernandes is at Carrington for treatment. Was carrying an injury last month but Carrick said earlier this month he was over it and his bench role yesterday was a ‘pure football’ decision. Fernandes didn’t warm up until the 58th minute. #mufc
