We want to directly address the recent de-listing of $G from Binance. This occurred during one of the most difficult cycles in crypto history, where even strong projects have been hit by declining volumes, forced exchange risk controls, and collapsing retail participation. This does not reflect the fundamentals, roadmap, or long-term value of our company. At the same time, Binance’s current reputational and regulatory challenges create increasing risk for projects pursuing institutional and public-market pathways. For a company preparing for a Nasdaq-grade listing, remaining on unstable or controversial venues can materially harm partnerships, investor perception, and compliance readiness. In this context, being de-listed now allows us to reset our market structure, protect the $G brand, and align with exchanges that better serve long-term, compliant, institutional capital.
