🚨The Premier League is reportedly set to scrutinise allegations surrounding the Glazers’ takeover of Manchester United.
The investigation is expected to examine:
— Payments involving bankers connected to the takeover.
— Ed Woodward’s role and any potential financial commitments made to him.
— Whether Manchester United funds were transferred to overseas companies.
The Glazers’ financial dealings could now face serious scrutiny. This could be massive for Manchester United
A great idea in theory.

NEW: Football fans will be allowed to drink in the stands for the first time in 40 years under Andy Burnham’s bid to rip up the historic booze ban.
The PM is looking at repealing the controversial 1980s law prohibiting alcohol being slugged within sight of the pitch.
He said it was unfair that football supporters were “singled out” for such curbs and that there was a "case to remove that discrimination".
But it risks teeing up a showdown with cops who have long feared it would only fuel outbursts of hooliganism at matches - and are already criticising the move.

That decision is why refs should have to do a post match interview. Stevie Wonder could see Enzo Fernandez was interfering with play. That being said Utd were not very good.

Gabriel was very smart by headbutting Haaland and not accidentally removing his hair bobble in an aerial duel. By avoiding 'violent conduct' he receives a yellow card rather than a red and three-game suspension. Well done, good process.

At the Premier League Shareholders’ meeting today, clubs unanimously agreed to extend the £30 cap on away ticket prices for a further two seasons.
It means the £30 cap will have been in place for 12 consecutive seasons.
