Property rights are coming back to BC!
This is 100% a result of land title issues. You simply can’t have a functional democracy without property rights. Reconciliation needs to be about uplifting Native communities, not stealing houses from tax-paying citizens. Plenty of programs can further reconciliation (scholarships, special business loans, increased medical infrastructure, better schools) without confiscating property.
No wonder the “conservatives” won in British Columbia yesterday!

Things are so stagnant and difficult in Canada that the immigrants I speak with all want to leave to the USA.
My sample size is about ten taxi and Uber drivers in Vancouver over two years. Not one wanted to be there anymore. They talk about a long time ago when it was possible to be comfortable there, none had positives now.
The lost decade in Canada occurred before Trump adds to the pressures.
Canadians are not content. But somehow the same group of failures are in office still.

And my office for several years was right next to parliament. I’ve seen many protests. My favorite was during Covid vaccine mandate discussions, the crowd built a guillotine for those who wanted to vote incorrectly.
I haven’t invested into a BC mining project for nearly a decade. I am almost out of all Canadian mining investments.

There are asteroids with gold. There are fusion reactors who can produce this now too.
But gold is scarce because there are limits to what can be obtained.
The core of the earth is impossible to get to. The asteroid fantasies are hundreds or thousands of years away. If even possible today, the propulsion systems do not exist, it would cost billions per ounce.
As far as the fantasy below goes? This is far away in the future with current estimated costs near $1/2 billion per ounce.
Gold remains a scarce commodity. Precious money. Nothing will change in our lifetimes.

Consolidation lows in a secular bull market comes with some of the worst sentiment. The herd will not be convinced the bull will return, the banks will downgrade their forecasts, analysts will be calling for the end of this bull market.
We are essentially at this point. Gold and silver can easily market their lows at any moment here and 99% of investors will not see or believe it.
But they will happily buy at much higher prices once the psychology-sentiment favors the safety of herd mentality.
Gold prices dip briefly below $4K
We continue to finish out our consolidation phase after the huge run-up peaking earlier this year. Sentiment is rather sour, getting closer and closer to flushing out all the last weak hands.

First Drill Result at Jalsuri North Yields a Large Zinc Discovery!
BP Silver's first ever drill hole at Jalsuri North returns significant results, a full suite of metals, which is quite rare this close to surface.
BP Silver is seeing disseminated grades in the host rock at Jalsuri North, returning 142 meters of 2.14% zinc equivalent, including 22 meters of 7.75%.
There are strong silver credits too:
2 meter interval graded 495 g/t silver equivalent, including 249 g/t silver and 0.86 g/t gold. Further down, at 107–109 m, there was 132 g/t silver (188 g/t silver equivalent).
About 16 holes are still waiting for lab results. 22 holes have been drilled in Phase 2 so far, with a few more to go.
The magnetic survey is finished. The IP survey is done at Jalsuri with Pocoñita Grande and Chica next....
