My grand parents migrated from India to Pakistan during 1947 partition. My Nano (grandma) told me they had a beautiful house there with a large garden. They never wanted to leave. They were forced to leave their home due to fear of life. After all these years, can I go to India as an indigenous person to that land and DEMAND the INDIAN nationality and possession of my grand parents’ house? The answer is most certainly no.
