👏👏👏 To add to this… Am tired of others scoffing at the idea the investor checks to underrepresented founders of $5K, $10K, etc., are donations. Ask me how I know it’s not. And of course, they deserve much more but since that’s not happening. Do what you can.
I believe that underrepresented founders are the most undervalued asset class in the U.S. today. Investors are starting to realize that diversity is not charity — it’s economic opportunity. #VentureCapital
