4 failing to protect the rights vested vide Article 21 which states “No person shall B deprived of his life or personal liberty except according 2 the procedure established by law” This may be deemed as notice enough 4 purposes of criminal prosecution in Hon.High & Supreme courts

Such a grave allegation and none of the respondents have responded showing total disregard 2 their constitutional positions/officiating responsible & legally bound Govt officials. Pl note all Personell mentioned are treated as respondents in law for failing to protect the rights
