Domestic violence has no place in our commonwealth or country, and I am thankful for all those working to support survivors, protect lives and honor those lost. Together, we can bring change and make Kentucky a safer place for all our families.
I joined @ZeroVKentucky to recognize Domestic Violence Awareness Month. There is strength and power in gathering to acknowledge our domestic violence shelters and the work they do to help survivors heal as well as remembering those who lost their lives to domestic violence.
