Hi football community. I need your help!
I’m in the process of working on my thesis (valuing movement off the ball and space generation to predict goal probability in football) and really need season’s worth tracking data.
I’ve tried everything. Any help appreciated.

I did this over the summer but
everyone wants to talk about Dune now, I’ll do it again.
Dune is Xavi. Undeniably legendary, but the people who are REALLY into it, they’re kind of a bit much.
Request line is open for more Sci Fi/Fantasy comparisons with players if you want.

One of the more interesting parts of BVB’s diamond shape has been the positioning of Meunier and Guerreiro, who are positioned high and wide, even if the ball is on the opposite side of the field.
Traditionally, you’d probably tuck into the midfield and move wider as the ball..
22 seconds of moving the ball in the midfield awaiting for an opening, then 4 touches in 5 seconds to score: Dahoud's great pass to Meunier, Meunier's one touch assist, Bellingham's reception and shot. What a play! #Dortmund #ChampionsLeague

Last week the 4th and final article from my PhD was published together with @GeirJordet and @lifttaker. We used eye-tracking to investigate the duration and visual information of scanning in elite players (free download): journals.plos.org/plosone/ar…

Is Pedri equal to Kante plus Jorginho?
A bit of a cheeky title, but it is interesting to look at how tracking data can be used to show why Pedri was so good in La Liga last season. soccermatics.medium.com/is-p…

Borussia Dortmund have won the 2020-21 DFB Pokal! This was the third goal, a great counterattack featuring Dortmund's front four. Reus assisted, Sancho scored. #DFBPokalFinal #Dortmund

I wrote a small Panel App allowing you to make your own tracking data.
Inspiration taken from @Torvaney and @FC_Python.
You can clone the repo to use it locally:

What an amazing #LaLiga season we're having this year... Today, Real Madrid and Sevilla drew 2-2. This was Real's first, scored by Asensio and assisted by Kroos. #RealMadridSevilla 🇪🇸

🚨New sample game🚨
On Thursday @MetricaSports announced a 3rd sample game.
Why is this interesting you might wonder? There are already 2 out, a 3rd one doesn't seem like a big deal.
Wrong! This game allows you to experiment with codeball and data driven video analysis!
