I’m from the Czech Republic and the country’s reaction to COVID-19 is the proudest I’ve been of my country. Quick reaction by the government (closed boarders, mandatory quarantine), proactive social reaction, home-sewn masks, 3D-printed FFP3 resporators.
The Czech Republic went from zero mask usage to 100% in 10 days, and in the process they halted the growth of new covid-19 cases.
How? They made their own! They didn't need government help; they did it themselves.
