3% PRR is very unrealistic on high scale. More like 3% reply rate. 1% real reply rate, 0.3-0.5% PRR, 30% ABR

I’m sorry but every 100 is ridiculous. If you’re running 3k/day, you’re not doing 30 new variations/day. There’s simply not that many different ways you can change the angle/CTA/structure before it’s the same as spintax

Don’t you find recycling/refreshing data & copy to be way more complicated when you split TAM into that many segments? Don’t see how platform/tech like shopify vs magento needs different copy in most cases Even ecom categories is kind of useless since your messaging is typically gonna be the same. Can always add a dynamic variable…. Would much rather have higher volume campaigns to test KPI’s with statistical significance. Not learning much from 1k sends…

Respectfully you’re optimising for lifestyle biz. Nick doing multi 7figs/year His systems are built for higher scale. Not saying quality isn’t important But typically return of increasing quantity is bigger than increasing quality. Not just outbound, but most things in life…

My favourite is when they explain the revolutionary secondary domains concept😂 But TBF as Chris mentioned, it’s TOF. Your content should be for your ICP, which often includes solution unaware prospects, not leadgen bros

Thought you were smarter than falling for Tate’s propaganda tbh. If you consumed his early day content, you’d understand he’s guilty of many of the charges. He openly admitted a lot of them Also crimes are often less black or white than people think. Using your employee’s/camgirl’s passports as leverage is considered human trafficking. It doesn’t need to be young girls shipped in a container…. His PHD (pimping hoes degree) literally outlined his manipulation tactics to maximise $/girl by segregating them from friends+fam & external ideology and make them completely dependent on him Not arguing if he’s currently a net positive or not to the world. But he objectively used the loverboy method as well as many other manipulative strategies to coerce women into making him more money

2% real reply rate isn’t that realistic/standard, especially ecom. I often see closer to 3%+ reply rate (with OOO) & like 0.8% real reply rate

Interesting So main lever to inbox to outlook is just stupid short copy You sent via Google or Outlook? Assume you isolated specific infra for this?

Impressive PRR. Specific reason for 4 step sequence to Outlook? Also was this with the aged domains/ when you tested it, did it make any difference?

Interesting, very different advice to what @maxwellcopy gives, who I also respect a lot & done a great job at scaling his agency. He basically says focus on growth, don’t slow down marketing and you will figure out a plan for ops/ fulfilment

Agree on mimecast and barracuda, but I somehow deliver to proofpoint…. Can probably deliver to all 3 if you change up the copy to very basic

Bro, has to be rage bait😂 We sending emails out here, not defending someone’s freedom or life or death surgery…

Actually mean contact limit. Do you delete the leads like weekly? Otherwise if you’re running high scale, you need to be on like $400/m plan each workspace
