Projected 🔵Champions League clubs by country — 2026-27 Sixteen countries are projected to have at least one club in the Champions League league phase. 5️⃣ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇪🇸 4️⃣ 🇫🇷🇩🇪🇮🇹 2️⃣ 🇳🇱🇳🇴🇵🇹 1️⃣ 🇧🇪🇭🇷🇨🇿🇬🇷🇮🇱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇹🇷🇺🇦 Norway 🇳🇴 is the one that stands out. Two clubs projected into the Champions League league phase puts it level with the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and Portugal 🇵🇹, and both Norwegian places have to be won through qualifying — the country has no direct entry to fall back on. Getting one club through is an achievement most leagues its size never manage. Getting two through in the same season is a different thing entirely. The big five leagues account for 22 of the 36 clubs between them. The other 14 places are spread across eleven countries. 📊 Check thousands of stats and run your own simulations on our website
