Impostor syndrome: “I don't know what I'm doing. It's only a matter of time until everyone finds out."
Growth mindset: "I don't know what I'm doing yet. It's only a matter of time until I figure it out."

Really exciting that a White-tailed Eagle has fledged from a nest in England this summer. The project has involved a great deal of work by many people and it’s brilliant to have reached this milestone. The first chick of many I hope. roydennis.org/2023/07/18/fir…

Can't help feeling we've got something wrong when councillors are citing IPCC reports as evidence of the need to destroy biodiverse ancient orchards in the name of climate-friendly public transport... #CotonOrchard theguardian.com/environment/…

If true, what does this say about 'rewilding' in England?

Update: G487 flew west roosting in Pembrey Country Park and has been foraging the shores of Carmarthen Bay. She is now heading east back towards South Wales. Fantastic to see these birds exploring great habitats 👀🦅🏴 @RoyDennisWF @SeaEagleEngland

The #CotonOrchard trees have been condemned: On #internationalforestday - the same day as scientists announced ‘act now or it will be too late’ when it comes to the climate crisis, warning us ALL…Where is the #accountability? @CambsCC theguardian.com/environment/…
Bloody ridiculous.... Can't they see the folly in this? theguardian.com/environment/…

In less than a week, on the 21st March @CambsCC will vote on whether to DESTROY its largest traditional orchard. A HABITAT OF PRINCIPAL IMPORTANCE, a 1000 trees, for a £200m tarmac road for buses. A loss @greatercambs claim can be “lessened to non-significant” in 30 years by “mitigation”, it cannot. Media, shine a light on those who have a vote so that we,
and the generations behind us, who will have to pay for their decision, can bear witness 🌳🚌❌🐝

Apple trees benefit all sorts of wildlife, but traditional orchards are now rare in the UK – around two thirds have been lost since 1960. So please plant apple trees to help bats, birds, butterflies and bees!

Such a dramatic change in how we garden, and why measuring biodiversity net loss or gain is crucial when considering the impact of development.

We have several gorgeous #wildcats at our parks here in Kent & @WildwoodDevon, but did you know that in 2020 we partnered with @DurrellWildlife & @vincentwildlife to start establishing a self-sustaining population of wildcats outside #Scotland?

Bottom is Plymouth City centre today, after @plymouthcc snuck out in the night to destroy over 100 trees... it looks like a scene from #TheLastOfUs 😱

The true extent of the environmental vandalism by #Plymouth’s Conservative council is now visible in our city centre. Over 100 trees felled overnight. This was the last green part of a very urban city centre and now looks like part of the Amazon after deforestation.
We have frogspawn! It's only the second year this pond has been in our garden and it's great to see the frogs approve 😍🐸 #frogspawn
