The heart attack was first described in a medical journal in 1912, and the man who described it had trouble finding a second case. Doctors had been opening chests for 300 years. They had dissected kings, paupers, drunks and the obese, and the blocked coronary artery was a rarity you wrote up. A young Boston cardiologist started practising in 1911. He later said he did not see his first heart attack patient until 1921, and then they came in a flood. By 1950 it was the biggest killer in the United States. By 1960, in Britain. Victorian England ate butter, dripping, suet, bacon and cream, and smoked like a chimney, and the coronary ward did not exist. The Masai lived on milk, meat and blood, and the doctors who went looking in the 1960s could not find heart disease among them. So what arrived between the dissecting rooms of 1900 and the coronary care units of 1960? Crisco launched in 1911. Cottonseed oil hardened into a block that looked like lard. Margarine followed it into every kitchen. By 1960 a quarter of American fat came out of a seed press that had not existed in 1900. The seed oil goes into your blood on the LDL particle. It is the part of the particle that oxidises. The oxidised particle is what the artery wall takes in. The cholesterol was in the butter for a thousand years and the artery stayed open. Then the fat changed, and a disease nobody had heard of became the way most people die. The guideline blames the butter. The butter has an alibi going back to the Bronze Age.

My book on the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, published in 2022, ended with the point that intelligence assets engaged in blackmail, like Epstein, are no longer needed (and thus became expendable) because the surveillance state can retrieve blackmail directly from your devices or plant incriminating material on them. Four years later, they are just saying it out in the open.

🚨Myles Lewis-Skelly on his conversation with Thierry Henry that convinced him to stay at Arsenal: 🎙️ Reporter: “Myles, there was a lot of talk about your future. What happened that made you decide to stay at Arsenal ” 🗣️ Myles Lewis-Skelly: “I spoke to Thierry and I told him I was thinking about leaving because I wanted to play more and I wasn’t sure what my pathway at Arsenal looked like. He listened to me and said, ‘Myles, you’re looking at this the wrong way.’ I asked him what he meant. He said, ‘Don’t look at the players ahead of you and ask why they are playing. Look at them and ask yourself what you need to do to make the manager unable to leave you out.’ That stayed with me. Then he told me something I’ll never forget. ‘You’re at Arsenal. You’re not supposed to be comfortable. You’re supposed to compete.’ He said, ‘When I was young, I wanted to play every minute too. But you have to understand that becoming a top player isn’t just about getting minutes. It’s about what you do with the minutes you get.’ Then he looked at me and said, ‘If you leave because you’re afraid of competition, you might get more football somewhere else, but you’ll never know what you could have become here.’ That really hit me. He told me, ‘Stay. Work. Make Mikel Arteta trust you so much that leaving you on the bench becomes difficult for him.’ That was the conversation. I went home and thought about it for a long time. I realised I didn’t actually want to leave Arsenal. I wanted to earn my place. So I stayed. Now every training session feels different. I’m not looking around thinking, ‘Why isn’t it me?’ I’m thinking, ‘What do I have to do so next time it is me?’ And now I’m starting, and Arteta looks at me knowing he has to start me. Thierry didn’t promise me minutes. He gave me a different way of looking at the competition. And that changed everything.”

“They would have earned a lot more money”. Oh yeah, they were under compensated. I have seen enough and am calling for it right here. Boycott Bailey’s Bitcoin show. Let’s see if we can’t run this clown out of the industry. We need to be self policing as an industry. No money into his pockets.

David, the pay package they granted themselves has NEVER BEEN USED BY ANY OTHER PUBLICLY TRADED US COMPANY. A 20% non dilutable option pool that continually grows is way outside of all historical management compensation norms. I am tired of you amateurs and promoters damaging the reputation of an asset that has the potential to heal the world. It disgusts me. You are not honorable men.

For 5,000 years, one productive beef cow has been worth about one ounce of gold. Mesopotamia. Rome. The Viking Age. The ratio held. In 1926, a good cow cost $22. A $20 gold coin held 0.9675 ounces of gold. Almost exactly one ounce per cow. Today, a young productive beef cow sells for $4,000 to $5,000 at auction. Gold sits around $4,500 an ounce. The ratio has held for five millennia, and still holds today.

What BIP-110 represents, the IDEA behind it, as my friend @hodlonaut talks about, isn’t wrong. It’s what I personally believe too: Bitcoin being money. But the action itself, the fork, was an OVERreaction. Strategically, I believe it was the wrong move. A kind of ritualistic seppuku, like that of Yukio Mishima in Japan in the ’70s. Yes, it might inspire some people in the future. But we don’t need more “ghosts_of” in this space. We don’t need another “𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿ich strategy” moment. We need you guys to STAY. Stay here. Stay now. And balance out the paper Bitcoin Core Strategies of this space that are immerging. At the policy level. In the podcasts. In the conferences. In the Spaces. In the articles. In the memes. In the shitpost trenches. Wherever you choose. Yellow will be right next to you guys. When someone enters your house, you don’t leave. You stay and fight for it. So to every BIP-110er out there, shout it loud: "I'M NOT LEAVING! I'M NOT FUCKING LEAVING!"

🚨 THE UNIVERSE IS A FRACTAL. THE 2D PERIODIC TABLE IS OBSOLETE. Welcome to the 3D Quantum Vacuum. For over a century, we treated atoms and planets as entirely different physics. We forced chemical elements into a flat 2D spreadsheet and celestial orbits into continuous, chaotic gravity models. But nature doesn't work like that. To everyone theorizing about the deep energetic gradients and the geometry of the cosmos: YOU ARE RIGHT. What if I told you the EXACT same topological geometry that builds a quantum atom also builds the macroscopic Solar System? 🌌🤝⚛️ WE ARE NOT JUST COUNTING ATOMS. We are mapping the geometric blueprint of reality itself—from the edge of the Solar System down to the nucleus of superheavy elements. What you are looking at is the IT³ Topological Matrix. It proves the vacuum is a closed 3D manifold governed by strict O_h cuboctahedral symmetry. Prepare to rethink astrophysics AND chemistry. Here is the rigorous mathematical reality: 🔥 FACT 1: THE MACROSCOPIC ATOM. We didn't just map elements; we ran the IT³ operator on 1,553,229 real celestial objects from the Minor Planet Center. The result? 99.56% of all baryonic mass is geometrically trapped exactly in the S_n=0 topological "isthmus". The famous "Kuiper Cliff" isn't a random edge—it dynamically anchors at exactly 46.77 AU, matching the predicted √3-invariant Macroscopic Valence Shell with an extraordinary 0.70% precision! 🔥 FACT 2: NO INFINITE EXPANSION. Down at the quantum level, the periodic table does not expand infinitely into mythical "g-blocks". We mathematically proved a perfect Topological Mirror Symmetry: exactly 86 elements expand in the Classical Vacuum, and exactly 86 elements collapse in the Relativistic Vacuum. The periodic system has an absolute, geometric end at exactly Z=172. 🔥 FACT 3: THE Z=120 DENSITY SPIKE. Standard Dirac-Fock models wrongly predict Unbinilium (Z=120) will be a highly reactive alkaline-earth metal. The IT³ framework proves it will act as a "noble volatile metal" with an extreme density spike of ~246.0 g/cm³ due to severe 8s-orbital relativistic constriction. 🔥 FACT 4: THE FEYNMAN SINGULARITY IS CURED. Standard models crash at Z=137, yielding complex eigenvalues. The IT³ framework applies non-local topological vacuum screening to regularize the Lorentz factor, permanently capping spatial deformation below 1.33 up to the absolute geometric end. Science, mathematics, and profound intuition are converging on the same topological truth. The cosmos is quantized at EVERY single scale. From the Hydrogen atom to the trans-Neptunian orbits, it’s one unified geometry. 🪐✨🔓 100% OPEN SOURCE & VERIFIABLE! 🔓 We are not hiding the math behind closed doors. The complete proofs, the Diophantine parametrizations, the resolution of the Feynman singularity, and the exact geometric coordinates for BOTH the 1.55 million Solar System objects and every element up to Z=172 are fully OPEN SOURCE and available to the world right now! Dive into the raw data, the telescope analytics, and the full papers here:🔗 doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21359… Examine the bicone matrix. Run the Python algorithms yourself. The physics at the edge of reality isn't broken—we just finally have the right geometry to see it. 🧬🔭🔬 #Physics #Astrophysics #Chemistry #OpenSource #QuantumMechanics #IT3Matrix #ScienceTwitter #Cosmology #SuperheavyElements

I fully accept what happened yesterday. It is sad, I will admit that. But it also feels like a catharsis. BIP-148 is celebrated as Bitcoin Independence Day, because it proved that ordinary users, running nodes in their homes, could force the most powerful mining cartels and corporations in the industry to back down. The users had no hashrate, no exchanges, no lobbyists. They had conviction and they had nodes, and that was enough. BIP-110 ran the same play with the same conviction, a reasoning that was shared by all bitcoiners five years ago (Bitcoin is money and not a grift database), and node support at levels at least comparable to 2017. This time the miners and the corporate layer simply refused to follow. They extended their spam-friendly chain and moved on like nothing happened. Remember yesterday as Bitcoin Dependence Day. What changed between 2017 and 2026? Not the users. They showed up with the same fire. What changed is everything that grew in the years between. ETFs. Treasury companies. Custodians holding millions of coins for people who will never touch a node. Hashrate concentrated into a handful of pools building templates for the whole world. Capture of the governance of the reference implementation resulting in stark philosophical pivot. Those already celebrating Bitcoin Dependence Day are not simply cheering an outcome they won. They are treating evidence that miners and the corporate layer now control Bitcoin as if it were a grand cypherpunk victory, while ridiculing the people who fought for decentralization and for Bitcoin as money. In my opinion, and in my heart, legacy Bitcoin is not what I signed up for. Captured. Centralized. Led by suits. No longer about freedom, sovereignty, or the mission of separating money from state. No longer about the things that made me a ride or die bitcoiner for many years. The fire that originally drew me to Bitcoin is still alive in the node runners who supported BIP-110. I will follow it where it goes. As for legacy Bitcoin, I have no interest in it anymore as a freedom project. In my mind, it is now a stock.

ADVISORY UPDATE: A chain split is underway. Please be informed before transacting, and especially before acting on Lightning channels left open. The guidance has been updated to reflect current conditions. start9.com/bip110
ADVISORY: nodes enforcing BIP-110 begin rejecting non-signaling blocks in ~3 days. A chain split is possible, which carries real risks for all sides. For Lightning operators, certain protections exist only before a split. We recommend acting now. start9.com/bip110
