Randomly found this on Amazon, just casually priced at $75,000. Free shipping though.

AF Vandevorst made actual brown PAPER look this beautiful. S/S 2004. Something so mundane turned into graceful, vulnerable clothes. When I tell you there’s no such thing as a bad AF Vandevorst collection, I mean it.

talks to potentially renew Alessandro Michele's contract at Valentino have apparently begun (current one expires in March 2027)

Hermès really lost an asset when Jean Paul Gaultier left. He didn't just dress the Hermès woman - he imagined her entire world: travel, sport, adventure, seduction, leisure. All with his signature kitsch and wit. Hermès S/S 2010

I WILL fight you over Versace F/W 2005. 2000s glamor in its purest form. Polished, aggressive, conceited.

Female underrepresentation in fashion matters. But it doesn't shield female designers from criticism. Critics aren't obligated to address the industry's gender inequality before they're allowed to judge creative work. Making that a prerequisite is moral gatekeeping.

Versace x Kate Moss is historically a winning formula.

Contemporary glamor that was very commercially successful too.

This is who needs to be in everyone's playlist.
Find it one day This one was sooo essential for me to get off. I think everyone knows how it feels to go thru a breakup that feels sharp and spiteful. But there’s something so subtly agonizing about ending things when neither person is bad or has done anything intentionally hurtful. Your mind keeps retracing what’s not working and clinging to what is and what u can do to fix it. This song really speaks to the eeriness of letting someone u love go into the wild, not knowing if they’ll ever find their way back to u. I can’t wait to sing this one live <3

So having access to original runway soundtracks is really a thing of the past huh?

The number of people celebrating this is baffling. She's so under-qualified to follow in the footsteps of someone like Balenciaga.

Josephus Thimister was such a rare and underrated talent. He really looked at traditional elegance and though "what if i ruined it just a little?" Burnt hems, peeling wax, fabrics coming apart. His S/S 2000 is somehow more beautiful because of it.

Faded elegance: fabrics made to look worn, peeling, almost parchment paper-like.
