1 month in on wearing a cast and I’m starting to feel it. Arms are more swollen than my leg from the crutches! Back in a mobility cast next week so hopefully will be nicer. Today I actually saw muscles in my lower leg activate during physio 🦵

The AfD sticking flyers to my car in the probably the most diverse neighbourhood in Munich is an interesting choice
I do actually have to sort my waste into 7 bins in Germany. Also I have health care, a job, functional public transport, bike lanes, and subsidised fitness… not something I had in the UK. I’ll take the 7 bins thank you. (Slightly annoying you can’t throw things out after 7pm)
