They feel they've won the battle against trans people and now - as we all warned - they are coming for gays. Bravo to the "LGB not T" sheep who helped normalise these fascist weirdos.

I can never get over how obviously this is just bribe laundering but no one really seems to say anything.

This shouldn't need saying, but if your reaction to a rape conviction is immediately to make it all about "the left", then your interest isn't in the victims of rape, it's in feuding with the left

We voted to repeal the OSA at conference last year, we should talk about it!
If the Greens in the UK want free positive press they need to start pushing against stuff like the Online Saftey Act hard, they're floundering and what they're doing now isn't working

Why do people hate data centers so much? Because they are the physical manifestation of an oligarchy that treats their life and mind as collateral damage of profits.

They had no issue finding the page number when the other side was speaking. I knew that they’d be bias but you’d have thought that they’d at least attempt to hide that fact.

Our case was interrupted over 100 times. The government was not interrupted once. I didn't hold high hopes for the British 'justice' system, but I did expect to at least have our case heard. No matter what, we will keep fighting for actual justice to prevail.
This is sabotage in PA case… Lawyer: β€œIn Thales no there was no attempt to avoid arrest” You then see 3 of the judges one after the other making the same incorrect point about the black team evading arrest (in different incidents) despite the lawyer correcting them each time!

Watching videos like this makes it clear that Ansarallah cannot be defeated using the tactics of a conventional army. Money and advanced weaponry are useless if military personnel lack experience comparable to that of the enemy. Hence, history will record how poorly armed men defeated the Saudis and their Yemeni proxies, despite the technological disparity, in the mountains of Yemen. πŸ‡ΎπŸ‡ͺ

So Palantir buying a Labour Lord was good value for their money after all. Cash for access. Stinks.
Palantir’s Tom Watson, ex-Labour MP, wrote to Yvette Cooper last month saying the controversial US company could help boost the UK’s tech sovereignty, letters show. Weeks later, sources say the UK is extending its NHS contract for two more years bit.ly/4zrbMYF

This is only funny if you perceive the "Houthis" as a ragtag militia of cavemen, rather than the state that they are, where the people receiving and responding to shipping emails are regular suit-and-tie civil servants, waking up at 8 every morning to go to work
You have to email the Houthis if you want your ship to cross the Red Sea. They reply within 24hrs

The sooner the AI bubble crashes the better for all of us, this is an obscene waste of gas for LLMs
40% year on year increase in British gas consumption for data centres. Demand increase alongside major energy crisis means increasingly absurd energy price inflation. Increase in raw terms is unconstrained ecocide. Capital is at war with everything. ft.com/content/eb1621c8-e50d…

Not even that but shouldn't even criticise them as even the mildest of criticism from us plebs and they call it bullying and abuse
the view of MPs is that they should be able to do whatever they want, inflict whatever idiot half-understanding they hold of any given issue on the entire country, and no-one should even be rude to them in response

"horrific character attacks" Get a grip, she's being rightly criticised for a complete dereliction of duty by pushing such a badly written law and then claiming it's a good thing that the courts now have to mind read MPs on a case by case basis πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ But swerfs will be swerfs...
My friend @Jess4Lowestoft is a hero and a champion for women and children’s safety every single day. Disagree with her if you want, she can take it. But the horrific character attacks this week should give us all pause about what our politics has become Proud of you Jess x

I guessed strangulation was not, in fact, the second highest cause of stroke in women under 40, but even I didn't expect it to be this bad. full thread on how completely fake the claim is

Here’s a good example: I recently found this NHS article that claimed β€œstrangulation is the second-highest cause of stroke in women under 40” No source I look it up, the Institute For Addressing Strangulation makes the same claim One source. I read it
