They feel they've won the battle against trans people and now - as we all warned - they are coming for gays.
Bravo to the "LGB not T" sheep who helped normalise these fascist weirdos.

This shouldn't need saying, but if your reaction to a rape conviction is immediately to make it all about "the left", then your interest isn't in the victims of rape, it's in feuding with the left

Why do people hate data centers so much? Because they are the physical manifestation of an oligarchy that treats their life and mind as collateral damage of profits.

They had no issue finding the page number when the other side was speaking. I knew that they’d be bias but you’d have thought that they’d at least attempt to hide that fact.

Our case was interrupted over 100 times. The government was not interrupted once.
I didn't hold high hopes for the British 'justice' system, but I did expect to at least have our case heard.
No matter what, we will keep fighting for actual justice to prevail.

Watching videos like this makes it clear that Ansarallah cannot be defeated using the tactics of a conventional army. Money and advanced weaponry are useless if military personnel lack experience comparable to that of the enemy.
Hence, history will record how poorly armed men defeated the Saudis and their Yemeni proxies, despite the technological disparity, in the mountains of Yemen. 🇾🇪

So Palantir buying a Labour Lord was good value for their money after all.
Cash for access. Stinks.
Palantir’s Tom Watson, ex-Labour MP, wrote to Yvette Cooper last month saying the controversial US company could help boost the UK’s tech sovereignty, letters show. Weeks later, sources say the UK is extending its NHS contract for two more years

This is only funny if you perceive the "Houthis" as a ragtag militia of cavemen, rather than the state that they are, where the people receiving and responding to shipping emails are regular suit-and-tie civil servants, waking up at 8 every morning to go to work

I guessed strangulation was not, in fact, the second highest cause of stroke in women under 40, but even I didn't expect it to be this bad. full thread on how completely fake the claim is

Here’s a good example: I recently found this NHS article that claimed “strangulation is the second-highest cause of stroke in women under 40”
No source
I look it up, the Institute For Addressing Strangulation makes the same claim
One source. I read it

Prudishness AND religious zealotry is a hell of a thing. She didn't care to understand this law because it didn't matter, it's only a stepping stone, a first step. She has no intention of just banning these particular kinks, more, much much more is coming.

She needs to be recalled. She has admitted she has no idea how the law she wrote herself, that affects us all, will be applied because she didn’t consult lawyers or experts before putting it forward and voting on it. Flagrant incompetence and abuse of her position.
Replying to @CobaltCherry
That is exactly what should be left to courts and experts to prove. All legislation requires interpretation alongside the facts of the case and the intention of the law. This is designed to ensure that harmful practices are discouraged.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
It is the responsibility of elected MPs to make clear, precise laws, not pass vague legislation and leave judges to fill in the gaps while people's lives, liberty and futures hang in the balance.
