.It SHOULD democratize the best care imaginable. It should dramatically reduce costs. The challenge here is how purely pharma-centric the models are vs making comprehensive recommendations AND providing the support to enact all of that.
The funny thing is @duolingo COULD do it today. All the pieces are in place to have a fully immersive, progressive, language learning experience. Instead, you have a kinda lame gamified interface that will never get one beyond A2 level (and I won't even say much about the woke world view making things like masculine, feminine and neuter even another layer confusing). I'd easily pay 2-3x what even super suo is if they had this type of interface waiting for me...instead, I'm training Grok and Claude agents to do what duo refuses to do.
IDK if doing what I'm suggesting would alter their stock deterioration, but I doubt it'd hurt it: google.com/search?q=duolingo…
"when is the last time you saw “too important to be left to the private sector” work out to drive success and innovation?"

I’m always fascinated when I encounter push back on this. Look where we have come in a few years. Extrapolate forward.

Please step that up to weekly, it’s what I do. Anyone who does not do that is a monster and likely should have their rights removed.

it's worse than that, DR.
they come from cultures where the purpose of government is to determine which tribes are allowed to rape and plunder the others.
every time you give them something, they see it as weakness, as capitulation, as an admission that they have the power and you do not.
why else would you give them things?
they see it as a sign that you are weak and they are strong and that you fear them.
of course they demand more. why wouldn't they?
the failure of the west to understand that this is the standard view of most of the world and that the west is a tiny bubble of high-trust exceptionalism is what feeds this.
"if we're just nice to them, they'll learn to be like us!"
no. they think we are stupid and soft. they have zero interest in being like us. they just want to take what we have.

In a very real sense, it's impossible to produce satire of dystopian fiction, because reality simply outpaces anything we can imagine.
.Western liberal democracies lack an immune response to this type of stuff. Once that once in history WLD is destroyed, then a pretty nasty immune response will ensue.
But then, the job is done. For those in and out of the west, who hate everything about it, it’s Gone. Replaced by something far less benign.
I think if one has been significantly overweight, a round of fasting may be beneficial. But beyond that, fasting is at best an exercise mimetic. Folks would be better off exercising.

🚨BREAKING: The historic Limoges town hall has just completely collapsed after far-left rioters set it on fire
It was built in 1876. It survived World Wars. It did not survive modern France.
That became clear to me when he talked about his tolerance for everything to do with supply chains. It's mind blowing.

Maybe we can have both.
I'm watching Clarkson's Farm, and he went to the Netherlands, the most productive agricultural nation on Earth.
It's all high-tech.
A dairy farm in the middle of a city, floating on a barge. The cows milk themselves.
Measuring soil to target fertilizer and seeds. Insane yields.
It's amazing.
I don't want flying cars.
I want rivers and ocean I can swim in with friends.
I want food that isn't full of toxic chemicals and clean soil to grow it in.
I want raw nature and wilderness and places on the earth I can get lost without seeing another human.
I want air that isn't "geoengineered" and polluted.
Science is cool. Technological advancement is cool, but I don't think this makes us happier as humans.
Real human connection and clean, natural food lead to happiness. This I know. Flying cars? I'm not sure.
Maybe I am a troglodyte...
.Fasting is a powerful tool and one that I find get's over-played a LOT. youtu.be/YaW_YltdwzI?si=6jon… I dug into that pretty deep with this talk.
