When combine harvester harvests paddy, it leaves stubble and that stubble was of no use earlier. So it used to be burnt.
In this video the stubble has been cut and stacked for sale or to be utilised for some other purpose. To tarnish #Punjab this fire has been stage managed apparently.
A farmer will understand it better. As they say “ नक़ल के लिए भी अक़्ल चाहिए”. But apparently @AHindinews is too busy in spinning stories for monetary gains, it failed to look through the stage managed stubble burning. These fake incidents alienate people.

The laborer they hired to create this clip is also carrying bales of parali.
Till about last few years they used to show actual farm fires. Then in last five years the fire incidents started decreasing drastically - they started replaying old videos. Now, as the fire incidents have reduced to almost nil - they have started staging these fires.
